It's an okay hotel with good location. Services need much improvement. Mobile network connectivity is an issue too

I checked-in and checked-out in under half an hour. No water in any tap or in the washroom faucet. No toilet paper because the fitting was broken. Terrible smell in the lower level where they wished to provide me an alternative room. The staff was most non-professional. None of the front office staff or any of the hotel staff/personnel were wearing masks or following COVID-19 protocol. My worst ever experience!

Not many options are present especially for business travellers in itanagar. From that perspective this hotel is a good option. It is located on the main road in Neharlagon which is around 14 km from itanagar. The executive delux room in which we stayed the experience is quite good. The rooms are spacious AC was working and it was quite clean. Quality of food is good and service was prompt. In the buffet breakfast; food options are decent. Wifi is present and speed was ok.

Service and rooms were really good they were so cooperative... Also I forgot my hoodie they pack neatly and kept it safe until I collected it on my next visit

Nice decoration inside the hotel i am staying in hotel conference hall for office meeting purpose & foodind quality also good.

The hotel staff were rude especially the manager.prices are high of rooms irrespective of service.but staff behaviour is really disappointing as the guy was very rude and very bad.I would never recommend anyone to stay there.the manager is very bad in behaviour.guys plz avoid staying here if u seriously doesn’t want any embarrassment.the way these idiots treat you is really very bad and not acceptable

First time in Arunachal Pradesh and staying in this hotel. Hotel staff are quite okey. They should look into taste of food quality. Their Chicken curry is like of potato curry.. Maybe its their arunachali taste. And We stayed like 4 days, ek din v Housekeeping wale ake room saaf karke nahi gaya. That is strange. Management quality poor. Im giving 4 star. Thanks.

The hotel is adjusted to NH415, Sorounded by pause area of Naharlagun. 3nos other high equipt loadging hotel. The hotel is also adjust with shopping mall and cinema hall.

Geyser not worked. Specially in winter it is very unfortunate. Complained but not responded and very casual approach. Two days stayed. Hot AC not available understood but geyser must to function. Bathroom complimentaries like bath soap,shaving kit,comb,moisturizer cream need to provide. Not felt to be choosen as first choice hotel at Naharlagun.

Value for money, great and professional staff. One immediately feels at home here. Clean and safe. Highly recommended

One of the finest hotel in naharlagun for tourist as well as business........ I was in room no 402 view was awesome...... Very cooperative staff...... Food was also best among others in the town........ One must try.

Hotel is nothing special note so staff behavior is good note food is good complete bed experience

Nice to be there. Only problem is separate bed not available. If the separate bed is available in numbers of rooms it will be better for Business travellers

I won't recommend anyone going in here. The services are near to zero plus the food is basically tasteless and also most of the time the dishes you want to order aren't available, it happened to me everytime I went. But talking abt the decor it was really elegant but can't say the same for the food and the services
