One star due to its location because it's Just next to Harmuti Railway station. Can't expect much in Harmuti but it's beneath expectations. Rooms are small but maybe not cleaned since months. Cleanliness is a major issue even someone is making a haulted stay for few hours. Food has not much options. Anything you order you have to pay in advance. Order takes a long time coz same person manages cooking, arranging groceries etc. They don't have operational AC rooms. Power cut is also an issue as the hotel dosent have backup.

Staff behavior is so rude that you will feel terrible. Whiever says anything good about this place in review section is either hotel staff lying or haven't been here at all. No Generator or Power back-up. So you will be sweating in darkness when electricity power-cut happens, which is a very common occurrence here. And they proudly tells you that. Dirtiest toilet I have ever seen in my life. Dingy rooms. Smells like rats. Overpriced. They take advantage of being the only hotel near the railwY station. I suggest to go to Hotel Ganga Palace in Bandardewa, just 4 kms away. Cheaper and waaayyyy better than this starland hotel. Staff are very helpful and polite.

Room was clean but linen didn't look that hygienic.. don't try food here.. awful cooking.. I had simple lunch rice dal and potato fry but that too was not good to eat. Price is little bit higher according to the room size and facilities. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Overall nice place to stay but don't try food here.

Room cleaning -1/5 Wash room cleaning -1/5 Window broken Curtain is very dirty Soap no given Hot water not coming in the bathroom even in winter... Even if you ask for it , receptionist will denied immediately. Food not available Location is quite good as it is near by harmuti station. Tv not working. Room rent is very high accordingly. . If you have work in naharlagun or Itanagar better to stay there not in harmuti... I stayed here two nights, i am very very disappoint... Not recommended at all.

Situated beside the railway station...so very noisy when the train passes.. Service is good.. Rooms not that good.

Very bad rooms ,the restroom is not clean... its better to live in the station instead of taking stay in this hotel....taking stay in this hotel is one of my horrible life decision ☕

Best hotel for unmarried couple. The room was clean. Water was good. Staff behaviour is superb. The lowest available price for a couple room is 1000 and that room is superb too.
