Pros - Very convenient location - Amenities are beautiful Cons - Finishing's are substandard. Tiles seemed to be sourced from cheapest china bidder. bulbs, faucet get busted in 3 months of use (not an issue) - windows are so thin and deformed by slightest force. Screen drops off in few months. And weird, they didn't install lock. - Aircons are limited to 0.75Hp. (why design to this limit when owners pay the bill) - Centralized electric bills. PMO will compute individual consumption and collects payment from individual units. (Why not individual unit pay directly to Meralco and PMO just needs to work on common areas. They often make mistakes anyway)

Good place, but the boorish property manager Sharry Labrador will spoil the whole impression for you. this unprofessional employee is not able to listen to you

They allowed pets in this condo. Nice swimming pool and friendly security guard.

Although the condo is near the road, there’s not much noise inside. The community is cat friendly. There is a saying “To judge a place, look at the stray cats.”

It’s worth to try visiting this place.

A good place to relax with a long lost friend - singing and playing the guitar while grilling fish and squid at the pool. Chill!

For me DMCI is the best condo developer in the Philippines. It has a big open space, not crowded and the neighbors are literate. Unlike other low cost condos that are like an upgraded squamy area. Kudos to DMCI for developing Calathea.
