Booked a unit via airbnb. The building is modern-looking and clean. Guards and staffs are courteous and helpful. Grateful that their electrical technician was available even at midnight (coz we had a power outage in our unit due to a malfunctioning stove). Also, this place is walking distance to Session Road. A very ideal place to stay in Baguio. Highly recommended!

A good place to stay in its at the heart of the city where you can easily go to the different places

This low-rise condo is very near to all the go-to place here in Baguio. Walking distance to SM Baguio, Burnham Park and some establishment were you can dine and wine. It has 3 working elevator and payparking.

The hotel was wonderful. Very well-maintained. Great ambiance. It was even better than expected. The price was so affordable. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

By the time we moved to Megatower Residence 1 from Megatower Residence 3 (due to lack of available units for extension), it didn't exceed our expectations. We are assigned to stay in the second basement, we don’t have cellular signal and we have to rely only through WiFi internet. For the facilities, it was incomplete unlike in Megatower Residence 3, where we had a microwave oven that can be useful for reheating food items later that day. There are some smells coming from the washroom as well. The only thing that I like is that we’re near the convenience store at the entrance of the building. Better ask or request to stay in Megatower Residence 3 for future stays.

Perfect location in the heary of Baguio City, Mall, restaurants amd famous landmark are just walking distance. Amazing and facinating view on top of the building. recommeded place to stay in.

We stayed here (through) AirBnB. The place is so convenient. There is a convenienc store and a restaurant on the ground floor. What makes this place better is the roof deck where you can see the beauty of Baguio.

Stayed for four days. Airbnb called Studio in the heart of the city. Condo was very clean and safe. The condo was very close to most things

Mega Tower One was fantastic The location is central and amazing mountains view

Rented the only room available in the new Mega Tower 2 next door, New clean and modern. Fast Internet, full Aplicances - clothes washer. Convenience store and restaurants.The nights rent was 2000 P. Per Month it's 20k. The downside is was very noisy​ outside on the second floor facing mega tower 1 all night long, no gym on site.

The room we got here nice.

Security guard are friendly also our AirBnB host. Will recommend this place as it is just walking distance from everything.

A cozy place to stay..

Were only staying for 2 nights but the place was real good. Its pretty secured too, you have guards 24/7 and everyone is accomodating.

Nice destination, near all the places you've wanted to go...very near.

Dampa-sigan...👎🏻 I was aiming for scallops and they offered me a 400+ worth of MIX seafoods so that I can enjoy? all the seafoods...but yeah THERE WAS NO SINGLE SCALLOPS far from expected! My ice tea was not served and worst the owner or manager was so angry at her staff which is not pleasant for customers to eat!! Bad experience for today I hope next time there would be improvement!!

We were glad that we had chosen to spend our 4-day vacation at MegaTower Residences, Baguio City. The staffs were very accommodating and respectful. The rooms were excellent, clean and with cooking utensils/appliances. When we go back back, I will still choose to stay with them again.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, the electric fan in our room was not working, which made it quite hot in the morning. We were also disappointed to be located in the lower ground basement, which felt dark and prevented us from enjoying the stunning views of Baguio that we were so excited to see. Despite these drawbacks, the rest of the place was pleasant, and I would still rate it a 3 out of 5.

Very accessible to Cathedral, Burham Park, Session Road and Sm City.
