This is just a request to improvise the behaviour of the supporting staff at your respective hospital. They are too arrogant with most of the patients specially with the aged ones and also with the patients belonging to rural areas. The hospital management should also look over this issue along with money making. As TIME is really very precious for each one of us whether the person is a doctor by profession or else their patient. For better reference of staff behaviour, the management team should checkout the working at “Thorat Eye Clinic”.

This review is based on my recent experience in the Tirthankar Hospital Akola. First of all you will have to schedule an appointment a day before. Dr. Mulavkar Sir is one of the finest doctor in the field of urology. He is well versed with the problems and their diagnosis. Moreover , a very polite doctor and a very busy man as well. The files and reports are well maintained by whole staff in the hospital. Every minute detail is written in the report which I think is the best part of the hospital. Rooms are clean and are well maintained. Cleaning is done three times a day which assures proper maintainance of hygiene as well. Medical store is always well equipped with medicines and also offers 5-10% discount if medicines amounts to a large figure. The hospital staff is very much lenient and punctual. Right from house keeping to assistant doctors and nurses , everybody follows certain protocols and work selflessly There are proper scheduled checkups of patient and they ensure that the patient does not face any difficulty as such. If you have a urine related problem or stones problem, I would definitely prefer you this hospital. It has really worked with perfection and in accordance to it's vision and that is " aiming for the excellence in the western vidarbha " and yess this hospital is indeed proving to be the best in western Vidarbha. Only thing I would like to recommend is the addressal of OPD. If there are more number of operations scheduled on a particular day, the patients having OPD appointments should be informed earlier, because patients have to sit for a long time as they are asked to come a bit early.

Best Urologist 🙂... Done with Urethroplasty surgery a year back. Which is very costly in metropolitan cities and post 1 year I am feeling superb... Dr. Prashant is strict but he is best of all... Great human being and super talented urologist.

If there is less than 1star i would have given this. Staff here is not at all doing there job they don't even understand patients problem, they don't know how to manage patients. Dr Prashant is completely behind money . When I asked about my problem he won't answer instead he made excuse and said fallow what I said. Patients are here so that they should know what had happened and know there problems. Do not visit this hospital in any situation. Reception asked for money first and even after giving money they said we don't know your problem go the the dr. All here are looting people.

Doctor has a egoistic nature .I had the worst experience here. I got 1st appointment on Monday but on Monday the receptionist said You have no appointment and said to wait for my turn to come. Still I waited for 2 hrs and got no response. Recptionist has a rude tone and uses inappropriate words for the people.

This hospital does not even deserve a one star. Took my dad here for checkup, and doctor doesn’t even have care to talk properly to patients or their family members. Literally started shouting at me when I went inside OPD with my dad. Entire staff is super arrogant. It would have been super great if someone could teach him manners along with medical studies. Never ever recommend this clinic to anyone.

It was an excellent hospital.Dr. Prashant sir is very accurate in his diagnosis. He follow through with treatment leaving no stone unturned. He listens to patient concerns and provides recommendations and responses for the best course of action. Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful concern in regard to my father's health and providing us with excellent medical and physical care.

Dr.Mulawker sir is the excellent doctor in his field and he is treat the patient very seriously and he have a good manners .He talk the patient with respect and smile.

Dr Utpala Mulawkar did plastic surgery on my scar of burns. It was a small scar so the surgery was done under local anaesthesia. The skin graft was also taken under local anaesthesia. I had no pain at all.
