Java House is one of my favourite place in Nairobi & east Africa. I mostly go for my lunch to Java House and it never disappoints me. This branch of Java House offers all the options for your personal needs be it vegan or vegetarian, you ask for it, you get it. The staff is also very much cooperative. We had chicken dhaniya homemade style, chicken ceaser salad and chicken wings. Chicken wings took little bit longer than it should have but we loved overall food. The dava is also a great drink which Java House offers. Good service makes for good food. A lady called Melissa took care of me soo well that I gave java 5 out of 5. U know, if u ask for an extra lime, it usually comes after 20min when you're done eating... but she brought it immediately, I was soo glad. And she got my milkshake extra thick just as required on this hot afternoon. Bless her.

If you have read any of my previous ratings, then you know java is absolutely amazing. This was my first time at this branch, they have great service and the food is always great. I recommend their bbq loaded fries and their chicken bakon burger, they are amazing. Also their caramel macchiatos are life, hot or cold

Everything is going for this Java branch, with the decent food, friendly attendants and convenient location. The only thing that works against it is the sitting area. The inside is congested and the outside patio is exposed to the harshness of the weather. Overall great place for breakfast

I Ordered Chicken Dhania With Chapo And A Milkshake. I Was Served Very Hard Chapo That I Didn’t Bother To Eat! I Had High Expectations For Java Considering I Haven’t Had Java Since 2018. The Milkshake Was Also Nasty! I Threw It Away! I Told The Waiters About The Chapos And They Agreed It Was Super Hard! I Hope They Do Better! I Wasted Over 2k On Food I Didn’t Enjoy Or Eat!

I love a good dining out and one of the best places to have good food and enjoy a nice conversation with friends and family is Java House Good service, quality food and the ambience is just insane. I had the loaded fries, it was quite underwhelming. It wasn't as cheesy as I thought it would be and the food just lacked flavour. For a drink I had their classic lemonade which was okay, a bit refreshing. I will say they can do a better job in how they present their food, especially the loaded fries. Service was good and atmosphere calm, quite busy around noon.

Java house Garden City is one of the best Java in Kenya. The staff is friendly the food is fresh and the ambiance is perfect. If you want to really enjoy the experience make sure to call in advance and reserve a table because sometimes it gets so busy you might not get a table. Try everything you can on the menu the food is beautiful.

The Dawa was great, fried chicken was not well done. We shared (Me& My Friend) our sentiments but they were not appreciated on taken keenly. The lady looked bored and gave us a feeling of "you took the cheapest menu and you have the nerve to complain" . Will definitely be back there but only for Dawa and Samosa.

The experience was all average. We were served by Dorcas who had very good customer service. She got all orders right and made sure to check on us every so often. The burgers were okay but they survived. The fudge cake pictured was to die for..Best I have in a while. The seating area next to the glass barriers was quite windy and this made our experience a tad uncomfortable, they could work on improving that.

I think this is my favorite Java House. The staff is excellent, service is quick and I love the way they make the Java Breakfast, it's well cooked. Love the space too with some outdoorsy area.

A nice chill spot while you wait for others to finish shopping. I had to use my internet bundles because I didn't get wifi. Great place to meet someone.

I have been there 4 times. 1st time the service was fantastic. My waiter brought the menu immediately I sat down. Kept on checking on me to ensure o was ok. Food came exactly the time he stipulated. After I finished eating, the server first checked if I was satisfied before bringing the check. From second to forth time, it's like I didn't exist. I had to flag down a server after a while to get a menu, which was brought much later. I then flagged down another server to pick my order because the first server didn't come back. The food came much later than stipulated without any accompaniments which I had to ask for. Then the check came immediately I was done, so I didn't feel the need to order dessert or another drink 🤷🏽‍♀️

I have to say this because this is not the first time. Service is poor and food came cold. When I requested the home made chili on the side with my food, they didn’t bring it and proceeded to try and convince me that it is in the food. It seems that you are short staffed. Do better!

As always, the ambience was great. Their attention to the covid 19 protocols was commendable. What impressed me was that when I complained to the waitress that the portion was a bit small, She brought me an extra serving. Yum.

I went there recently , the service was absolutely horrible .we were starving after an early flight in -we waited at the table for 10mins and not a single person bothered to come by .fortunately theres an artcaffe nearby. My advice if you do go -go to the counter yourself . I love the brand java Just never waiting to be served in garden city ever again
