If you wish to partake a king-size samosa, this is the place to be. It is so huge, a single one is all you need. The outdoor seating overlooking Thika highway is good on a warm day, but tends to get windy and cold as the night draws. The assortment of foods and other delicacies is just like the other Java outlets around Nairobi. I have also worked while in this outlet as their WiFi is pretty fast and there are plenty of power sockets to plug in your laptop. Makes for a good meeting place.

Amazing food, variety,taste and the presentation. In 2021, COVID rules and regulations well observed. Eddy Mugo is an amazing staff,and an asset to your brand. Only that the service,most of the times,does take long to get through due to numbers during rush hours(Manpower backup?).

Such a beautiful spot for relaxing ,the view is beautiful and so calm ..I ordered fries and grilled steak and it was so yummy ....what I didn't like is how when it was time to close instead of the waitress on shift saying politely that it was time to close they just started switching off the lights...that was so weird

The staff are really scarce and your order takes ages to be taken. All wall sockets were removed and thus if you want to have a meeting find a different outlet.

The Java Franchise isn’t one to disappoint. For my visit to the TRM branch,their burgers are so fresh and delicious 🤤 Their fries are always fresh and well done. And they are generous with the shakes and fruit salad. It’s a regular for me. Thanks Java Team 🤗

It’s OK for a quick meal. The service is fast and the waiting staff is very friendly. And it’s relatively inexpensive. We paid 2580 KES for two cheese burgers and two lemonade drinks. On the negative side: I ordered a minty pineapple but it tasted only remotely like a pineapple. Plus I’m not sure why they don’t give you any napkins when you order a burger besides the small napkin that your silverware was wrapped in? See the picture. This really baffles me.

Looking for a heavy breakfast that will kick start your day, they got you covered. They thrive on very good customer service. They have clean environment and are very good with explaining to you the menu to a more relatable language.

Very nice place.. very quite and resplendent in a chaotic external environment. Located in a well set and very accessible mall. Evenings are popular and getting a seat for one is easy but doing do for more than one person can call in patience.. food is good,.. drinks are well set and offer variety but they could do better with their Dawa.. its nice-ish but lacks a bit of punch...

Nice experience and the service was impeccable with a genuine friendly smile. Had a single shot latte and a beef samosa which was not as it used to be its quality and taste was not so delightful.

They are understaffed, last time I could have gone away with the bill if I wanted to. Today I didn't get served for over 40mins,so I left. I really hated how they ignored me.

I was the that Java TRM branch today morning. Excellent services by Faith, she was fast and efficient. The place needs improvement on cleanliness. On the same note, the supervisor was not on site. Such should be looked into to ensure the supervisor is always on site incase of any issues. Please look into it. All in all, excellent services. MAYUR

I visited java trm today. Waited for 10 minutes without anyone taking our order. Called one of the waiter and her attitude was a turn off. Ate and she brought the bill and left. Waited for another 20 mins and had to pay from the counter. The place wasn't busy to warrant such a service . The lady with lots of make up was chatting with other waitresses without a care. My first time to experience such a bad service at java especially trm branch.

This coffee shop has one of the best ambience among the many other java coffee shops, particularly the outside seating. It is located right at the front entrance of Thika Road Mall ( TRM). Service is great off pick hours but slows down during peak hours.

14 10 21 had the barbeque chicken s wich. Bcoz of the dressing, i enjoyed it. Not bad. Had their fish though in CBD-very plain. Portions have dwindled, steaks not like they used to be. Looove their shakes & tropical juice though

Such a lovely place Spent a better part of the day there, good meal, quiet environment and great staff. The WiFi was also okay for my work. Will definitely consider having a regular schedule to work from there.

It is sometimes hard to find good coffee places in Kenya. So you will not find the creativity of coffee shops in other countries such as Thailand. But fortunately you also do not find the standard Starbucks where everyone wants to go to to be considered "cool". So this Java coffee house chain in Kenya is quite good, organized, clean, standard table chair sitting places. Service is good. I LOVE their Dawa drink!

Cool place with an indoor-outdoor experience of sort. Can get crowded sometimes but the food, drinks and services are of good quality.
