Right, on to it then. This place is a classic example of over promise and under deliver. The meals I ordered were completely hit or miss. The steak for example was meant to be a nice grilled T-bone but I got a barely boiled steak topped off with a few seared onions. Very underwhelming. I ordered fries on the side and those were ok... but I feel like you can't really mess up fries at this level so I don't know if I should give points for that. The prices are VERY high for the quality. Most of the main dishes they sell don't even come with a side dish even though at that price other restaurants pair the dish with a side. It's just sad really. I'm gonna go easy and say that maybe they were having an off service when I ordered, but I wouldn't recommend this place. If you do find yourself here, stick to the simple menu items. At least then you'd know what to expect.

The only reason this place gets two stars is the lovely view and the fact that I am in a generous mood. The decor is bartastic, the service, mediocre and the food is quite simply atrocious. There is no excuse for such poor quality food. I have no energy to write more, avoid like the plague

This place has cool views and the food is fresh and super... Staff is always willing to help you out with the menu options and very welcoming. The quality of music is super. The choice of music as well is super duper!! Outdoor views are one of the best in the area for a restaurant and lounge... Loved it! Love it! Love it!!! Highly recommend!!!

I love this place. Brilliant food and great portions, super cold beers, and a DJ who plays the best music that will keep you here for hours. Perfect for a more mature crowd. Also, the service was just excellent. Looking forward to going back 😀

Nice ambience with CV 19 protocols. Not a lot of choices in terms of menu for drinks if one is not Alcoholic. A bit relaxed service by the waiters.

I don’t know what is happening with that restaurant nowadays but we went as duo couple and the food is a no.The wings were rotten inside and the food why would you write chicken tikka and its not chicken tikka.The ambience however is good and space too but food wise fail 💯.

The place is a good hangout joint with great views of lavington. A bit on the pricey side as compared to other places around it. Good food but could be improved.

My oh my, Saape Lavington, is a place that I will always recommend be it for lunch, dinner or a hangout with friends. The food was sumptuous, the atmosphere great and the service excellent. Masala fries and lamb chops... Fingerlicking. Will definately be back to enjoy the cocktails soon.

This Restaurent is one of the best I have ever been . Their food is very fresh and when I visited the Restaurent itself the services was also excellent . Was served by Mar’Court Osango and she was really fantastic. Check out for her when you visit them . I will always order or eat at this restaurant . My whole family loves your food … fish , poultry and chapati . Best of the best .

Great view and little else. One star for the view and another for the convenient location. Food is mediocre on the best day and unpalatable on the worst. Management needs to train the wait staff, not their fault that they are clearly untrained. Essentially a nice place for drinks and the view but for little else.

Good food. Fresh enough that it is cooked minutes after ordering. Disclaimer: this wasn't peak hour so it might not hold. Rose was an absolutely splendid attendant. Live DJ mix (not a fan of background music so that took away from my experience). Covid protocols still somewhat observed although as a proponent of water and soap, the water point was quite lacking.

Located in Lavington Mall gives it the advantage of plenty of parking. A good location to meet up with friends for a catch-up drink or meal, or both. Service is great and music is not loud that you have to shout to have a conversation.
