Quite inside official buildings, was surprised to see this cozy little restaurant with few efficient staff who were very welcoming. I had paneer rolls As a meal and was yummy. Just forgot to take pics. The food overall was good , little oily so weight watchers please be careful here. Quite place not much of noisy so if you want to come here be assured it's a quite place. Ample of parking and on an average 1500 to 2000 ksh per person . Good place n will go back again ..

I went for coffee with my friend. The place is amazing! The ambience is warm, cozy and relaxing. The colours and setup make it elegant and classy. The service was excellent with polite and helpful attendants. The food was fantastic and arrived in under 10ninutes. It is one of the best places I have been in Nairobi in a long while.

🍕 pizzas are superb. Ask for his chilli bomb sauce, not very chilli, but tasty, to go with the chips or anything. Have the egg 1-1.

It was a sweet cozy spot away from the bustle and hustle of Nairobi Big City. Just lovely.

The Captain landed at @tribe44 a Ken- Indian fusion Cafe located at the Spring Valley business park. Named after the 44th tribe in Kenya which was officially recognised in 2017. The Kenyans of Asian heritage Tribe. For starters I had the Paneer Tikka and the Tribe44 One-One, an Indian Samosa inside a Swahili mandazi. This dish definitely brought back fond memories of me growing up and having something similar in school called a "combi". For mains I tried the fish paka (coconut fish curry with coconut rice) and my co pilot had the chicken burger. The paneer tikka could have been slightly more grilled, apart from that we enjoyed the food and generous portions that owner/ Chef Jandu had prepared for us. The dishes were fresh and I enjoyed the Indo Swahili mix of all the spices and ingredients. We asked for spicy and the dishes definitely had a good kick of chilli. The after meal cappuccino was great too. We were served by Florence, she knew the menu well and was very friendly, attentive and courteous and did a great job serving us. Echoing others’ thoughts - this place is fantastic. Great, diverse, unique dishes freshly prepared. Nice vibe, comfortable and chill. Had a hard time deciding what to get and a harder time backing away from the table. Highly recommended.

Food was amazing and food portions were awesome. I had the madazi and Samosa after a long time.

Grateful for this place! They were patient and helpful to me when I was dealing with a blocked bank card. The chicken chapati wrap was really tasty and the portions for the price are good! Plus nice, strong coffee. Hope to return.

Nice location quite hidden good place to be. Food wasn't really upto high standard as expected they should have more vegetarian menu as well poorly lighting system they can do much much better with time.

Very quiet meal for one on lunch break. Restaurant not busy at all. Ordered the lamb kebabs, a buttered naan and one passion juice. Took about 40 minutes plus to prepare. One other table who came in after me got their food quite swiftly. Looked like tourists so perhaps their waiter was enamoured by them and got their food sorted out swiftly. I am actually a member of the 44th Tribe in kenya. Lol not that it seems to matter much. My food when it came was a bit haphazard. No drink or sauces/condiments. Had to remind my waitress to bring it. Food was OK. Kebabs had a strange mint taste to it. Not the usual bbqed lamb taste. Naan was lovely and buttered. Juice was good too. All in all since it all took so long my time was up for my break and couldn't have a coffee or ice cream on this lovely hot day. Didn't see the owner today. He's usually there in the evenings. But as they say when owner is absent the overall service suffers. Menu options look good post covid. Would love to try more. If service is quicker.

They have everything! Mandazi, cheese cake, chapati wraps, makhni, chole bhature, and an extensive liquor, wine and beer list. Great service, cool vibes.
