The staff are very rude and selective(esp the male staff). I was harrased for just taking a photo yet i just took a photo of my cup of coffee and I DIDN'T take a photo with any customer being in it. I felt harrased and rudely/suspiciously/Discriminativly addressed. Rudely and disrespectful forced to delete. Wouldn't advice the place esp for any content creator or travel place reviewer!!! However, its An ok place with great potential , I liked the industrial black theme and the creativity space play with the potted plants. However more could be done with the big negative space all around, it feels very plain and lacking in space design & creativity

27 08 23 had the texas burger plus fries; classic burger 🍔 to go. NB my classic burger was missing the coleslaw & pilipili sauce. Also had a passion caprioska yuuuumy 😋😋. I waited 1hr for happy hr. I know the price of saving 🤦🤦. But those drinks were worth it! Asante. Ur cocktails still deliver 👏👏👏 keep it up. Very important! 23 10 22 good service. Marinate the wings. I think with the hype this place has, they should have a good chef. So far, i ONLY like their drinks- cocktails & now shakes Enjoyed the lasagna. Looousy service. Stomach ran afterwards

Went there for breakfast. I had the Eggs Benedict. It was so good! And the jam for the bread was so delicious!! What is it made out of? Id go back just for that jam! •Great customer service. •Great delicious food and plating. •Good ambience and interior decor. Love the table next to the elevator. There's a breeze. •The place is not as spacious but it is well arranged. •Not overly expensive.

Staff were friendly and food was good. However, prices seem to be exaggerated as compared to other competitors in the Mall. For example, a 300ml soda is priced at KSH 180/-

Had ☕ 🍩 n cappuccino something cake 🍰. For as little as 330+490 so yeah that was okay for such a place. The set-up is calm n you can actually enjoy your coffee ☕😊. Always go to the TRM branch but, I prefer the Garden City branch just because. Plus I always have the same order so I never go here for any main course meal, just a quick cup of ☕ and some snacks and I have to say the Dawa thing, especially the ginger-something something, I never catch the names but that's my order always. So, definitely would recommend that for a late evening after work quick bite. Plus they play nice soothing background music so that's a bonus plus there's always this one service lady that keeps smiling 😊 at me so I guess that's why I keep going back but overall nice spot to just hang and go over those emails before you get home 🏠. Oh, one thing is the wi-fi man, c'mon guys fix that, some of us actually take huge offense when the wi-fi is BAD so 👎👎 for that.

Ordered strawberry smoothies which was the worst I had ever tasted it was only full of frozen ice and frozen strawberries very blunt for an over a very hefty price

If there was a 'De-star' review, I would, you serve stale cakes which gave my daughter and I stomach aches which was a take away, so returning was more hustle. NB. PARENTS DO NOT ORDER THE KIDS' FRIES AND FISH FINGERS MEAL FOR YOUR KIDS,... ROTTEN (not stale) FISH COMING UP YOUR WAY, I just thank God I smelled and tasted the fish before my daughter did,🤢🤮, they made up by serving her with free fries 🤦...

Artcaffe standard, nothing special to point out, but there is lack of many sku's easily found in other Artcaffe Nairobi establishments. Real drawback that it is on same floor as the children's' play station which make too much nose; hence one cannot really enjoy the stay. So, location could be considerably improved if moved to ground floor from second floor. Would also have a minimum of ten times more clientele.

Place is good. But our waiter, Martin made it even better. He was able to get us a table that would accommodate us and our children comfortably and made sure our happy hour was happy indeed.

Nice cool ambience Perfect drinks. They would do better on the meat and sandwiches, something to do with the meat not being fresh or frozen for too long. Unpleasant sauses and dressings for the meat.

I've always loved the TRM Artcaffé. I've been here multiple times. It has a good ambience, perfect for a conversation. Had the cinnamon roll this time and it was amazing. My coffee was great but it has always tasted different with every visit.

Food is delicious, service is good and prompt . Just a bit of polishing on the Food prep time

Idk what happened to the quality of food here . Fish tastes like beef patties and coffee looks like cool aid. Lots of bitter fruit in fruit salads left their with soreness in my mouth. Maybe try fresh RIPE fruit and mixing your drinks better.
