Its a very nice hotel located along Lagos road, near fire station in Nairobi CBD. It's has an affordable accommodation,very nice food and an ample parking which Is well secured.

Located behind Tom Mboya Posta. Very good location. No disturbances and can easily access transportation.

Its proximity to major matatu terminals is great and the staff offer quality services professionally, however the rooms have very old beddings and decorations its hard to have a good night sleep

Marble Arch hotel has always been the perfect quiet hotel and comfortable to book, so we'll neat rooms however you failed on having one honeymoon suit thou it's just perfectly designed and neatly arranged. Any couple should come here and you'll just love it.

The staff are very friendly. A receptionist called Njeri went out if her way to rush us to the telecom to get SIM cards 3 minutes before closing time ! The breakfast was bad. The rooms are a bit dated and require some renovation.

Central place to hold small gatherings in Nariobi CBD. Food is average. Could be better. The 4 star rating is for the parking. Ample parking in a very congested city.

Average food but expensive food. Slightly overrated. Nice rooms large enough but basically standard and hard to justify the pricing. Carry cash, personal cheques not allowed. Credit cards maybe but could be a huge inconvenience. Book a room a week early and arrive an hour early to avoid inconvenience. Matatu noise has been muffled but could still be a bother. Helpful staff. But the tired attitude shows they're overworked and probably underpaid. Take care of your precious belongings especially electronics
