I’ve had a very tasty burger indeed there! But the problem repeats like In other comments, all the available options on offer were a mistake, either the price or the picture, not sure why.. Fast internet however! About 45 downloads and 40mbs upload! It’s a great place for people who works remote

First.. kudos to the staff and waiters, very professional and quality customer service. First time visiting and didn't really understand the menu and the waiter was patient with my and explain even recommended as well. The food is pretty good as well. You definitely want to try the curry chicken with rice/chapati and the banana split ice cream. Thank me later.

Great location. Lots of nice restaurants and shops in the ABC center. Java house has nice large patio and 5 booths inside.

These tiny burgers are the bomb!! Reminds me of White Castle. Java is my go to spot to get a quick meal and some work done because their standards are consistent in my experience. But just when you get used to it they hit you with the small burgers 😂

You can expect the same Java delights with the usual hospitality. I wish they'd get more space for indoor seating and upgrade the branch to make it brighter.

Good food, pleasant and friendly service. My one major peeve is that it seems their servers are not briefed to inform you when a meal isn't available 'as advertised". Example: I ordered a single fluffy pancake with syrup, which was served minus the syrup. When I asked my server, she said "Oops!" and she hadn't thought to tell me they had no syrup. After a few frightfully choking bites of a very dry (otherwise delicious) fluffy pancake, I asked for honey. It helped, but I'd have opted for something else off the menu had I been informed there was no syrup to serve with the pancakes.

Rainy day but we were received by warm hearts. The chicken wrap was nice, the "to go" cups with the little hearts was a nice touch. Assuming they were from your valentines day campaign.

I wish you would serve all customers equally irregardless of their skin color. Had a bad experience as I had to wait while your staff competed for white customers that came after me. Eventually had to go order from the counter.

Has breakfast with a friend on a Saturday morning. The service was slow. It took time for our order to be taken. The food was served quickly. I like the Java breakfast - you know what you'll get.

Since it's an open air restaurant, clean your tables more often and thoroughly.

It your regular java.. Service is a bit slow and if your sitting inside the food pass gets loud at lunchtime. Today some big shot manager was in the area the waiters seemed afraid because he was on the floor being proactive... It was all good but I wish managers (management) understood that leadership isn't taking over... Its giving your guys the confidence that they are on the right path and then giving them space to flourish.. It would have been a regular coffee stop but that diminished my experience. Hope he isn't doing that in all the branches 🙄
