Worst delivery option thus far. My order took 5 days to deliver and they only delivered on the 5th day because I asked for a refund. As if that is not enough, the items were short of ten items of the same product which I had duly paid for. Can't say much about their in-store service but save yourself the trouble of online orders.

It’s sad I have to write this, because I initially like them. I was promised my items after 48 hours, but I haven’t gotten them. I try and call them, they always give me empty answers, and I’m always chasing them for an answer and they say they get back to me, and have never. I think I called them 5 times in one day, all with the empty promises of being gotten back to. They are now not picking my calls, and I don’t know where my items are. Very immature and unprofessional.

I ordered a retractable leash from this company and the next day I recieved one that was not packaged and seemed aready used. In addition, it was not the brand i had ordered. In fact, i got a cheaper chinese leash and i paid for a more expensive, better quality one. I was disappointed because instead of informing me the one I wanted has been out of stock for a while, they thought i would not notice and just went ahead and delivered the wrong product. If I had not complained, I would not have gotten a refund and I would have paid twice the amount they were selling the chinese leash. Customers beware before you purchase!

I made an order for some stuff after the great reviews. Unfortunately after payment, I got no confirmation and upon trying to track the package, it kept saying PENDING.I was getting abit worried n thought it was a scam so I called to ask about my order. Their customer service is ok but abit wanting. They told me there was an issue with the website and that I would get a call in the course of the day regarding delivery.....no call until the next day .I was getting worried so I called them to ask the status of my package. I was informed that delivery can take up to 48 hrs.... some few hours later I get a call that my package would be delivered later in the evening..I asked her to give me a time range but she said the delivery guys would call. At around 6.15 pm I get a call that the delivery guys are on their way. Got my package about 45 min later and were very apologetic. Would I recommend them? Yes but!!They need better communication and full disclosure. Thanks Royal pets.

The way those people handle their clients is just out of this world. Polite and friendly.. Their pets are also adorable and clean. I got my puppy from them and my baby is super happy. Thank you The Royal Pets. May God keep expanding your territory.

They are really helpful and I wish them a bright future of pet shopping. Just one thing, they should consider having a branch closer to the city or commercial suburbs of westlands.

I cannot speak to their in store services only online. Their website isn't updated properly with the items shown as 'in stock' or' out of stock'. Items I purchased weren't in stock, I requested refund and its now been 3 weeks since I haven't been refunded. Customer service as far as solving it is okay not great (I mean I've been waiting for 3 weeks but at least they answer my calls and assure me) but 'I' have to constantly call for updates. Buyer beware if you're looking to purchase online for delivery.

Inventory issues, items show in stock, then after you pay for the order you get a call it's not in stock. Response times are slow and you have to initiate a conversation to get an update. Sire doesn't seem to work as they have to manually complete an order. No order tracking info or when it will be done. Just a bad experience overall

The Royal Pets is a thief. I made a large purchase online; they never delivered the products I ordered and it's been more than 2 months and I have not been refunded. I have contacted the company repeatedly and I am constantly told they are 'working on it' but there is no delivery of my order and still no refund. I would warn everyone not to order from them!

No, simply NO. I wish I'd read the reviews below. NOT sure if this place is legit, anymore. Please save your money, time and anxiety. They don't deliver within 48 hours, I don't know when they'll deliver my order. NO communication, nothing. The items in your order might not be in stock but you'll only know when YOU check with them, they'll chime in and tell you your item is out of stock then proceed to ignore messages on delivery time? Once you place your order, their customer service is almost non-existent. No one answers calls and whatsapp messages will be ignored! And going by some reviews below , they're not reliable with refunds either!

this isn't a review but do you guys have Kurdish Kangal dogs and fluffy German shepherds? both being purebred. I'm looking to adopt two males of those breeds respectively.

The delivery was super fast and Roy was helpful and professional. Would 100%recommend!

We used to groom our small dog by ourselves but with time most of the fur became tangled and in a few months it was more than we could handle. On visiting Royal pets today this was sorted within like 3 hours and the pet was if i could say ‘brand new’ and funny enough looked more lively. They are also very affordable. Thank you very much for the service.
