Located on the ground floor at the far left corner from the main entrance of the Capital Centre Mall along the busy Mombasa road, this is one of the Java House restaurants that still maintains the allure of the original Java House. Clean, busy, nice decor and lighting. Very attractive cake display and the quickest service ever.

The coffee here is always tasty, I love the coconut latte coffee. It is really tasty, if you area coffee lover this is the place to be and visit. I also love the theme colors it gives a relaxing vibe.

This has to be one of the best branches. I have had better experience here numerous times than I had in some other branches. Their customer service is great. The place is great to get some work done especially during the morning hours. Grab some breakfast while at it. I love their pancakes. It's also quite accessible for anyone living within Mombasa road. Makes it easier to avoid going to town.

Listen, I am a huge Java fan. I love eating their breakfast meals all the time. But for some reason this specific Java served me the most ridiculous chicken wings you will ever see. More like chicken wing-tips. Tsk Tsk Tsk

This place is so understaffed, slow service, drinks served cold and food takes forever to be brought out. Half of the time they don't have a lot of things on the menu😕. Very poor service.

Orders takes really long and the serving crew do not concentrate with clients. Was served without cutlery and I had to wait for 20min for the crew who had taken up other orders from customers.

Customer service was excellent. I ordered cappuccino with almond milk, didn't like the taste. Will stick with regular one.

The usual Java experience. I however feel like we've lost the old Java where you would be surprised by the overall experience. Standardisation is very good but also has the opposite effect of making one not expect too much. Is there room for a wonderful surprise at Java anymore?

Pathetic service yesterday,tell me why the waitress would ask me to clear my bill while I was still eating because they were closing and to top that up they switch off the lights while we are still there without even notifying us and they didn't even bother to apologize!worst customer service ever! Never coming back there again!!!!
