The food was very delicious and had good portions. What I didnt like was the water you request for drinking, not the bottled water. Requested for warm water and the water I got had taste and smell of just tap water. Inquired from the waitress and she confirmed it was tap water. Kindly look into this. Apart from that the service was A1, food was delicious, location is perfect especially if you have parked your car just opposite in Hazina Trade Centre( Formally Lifestyle), service was good. I highly recommend.

They are currently running a 1/4 chicken and fries/steamed veggies and salad/rice + soda promo for Ksh 280. I had mine with veggies. I enjoyed the meal and the serving was good. I came to charge my devices and read as I wait.

It's all about the ambiance, space planning and table arrangement for me. Every single detail has been properly executed and not forgetting the highlighted artworks on the wall, brings back alot of great memories. All in all the coffee is amazing, the service is great... highly recommendable!

Great service, it’s more open and has natural light though the flies can be a bit of a nuisance. The waiters and other staff are all very professional and friendly and of course Java’s food is always fantastic

The lady manning the balcony today(16.09.21) is the worst. 20 minutes waiting to be served and I still left without being served despite the guard repeatedly calling for her.

The waiting time was too long. Only one waitress serving the whole restaurant. The place is also boring and quiet. It is awkward to even have a conversation. Incorporate some background music.

We liked the juices, coffee and haloumi sandwiches in this Java house. You can also buy freshly grinded coffee. Great as a souvenir.

They should improve the Wi-Fi it's not stable...

Their coffee was good , but the reason I gave them 2 stars ⭐️ is that I ordered a chocolate croissant 🥐, and Told them to warm it, but when my order arrived it was hella dry and was falling apart. I told the barista that the croissant wasn’t in good condition to eat. She didn’t care that much about my complain, didn’t have a refund nor had eaten my croissant!

Why is the outer wing neglected by waiters? I sat there for a long time, I had to call the waiter by myself to get the service. Kindly work on that.

This is a great open space...great coffee...we had the special..steak and chips..not bad..but we were talking so intensely I forgot my warmer..red with a black stripe..I have had it for 25 years...I called and I hope to either pick it or have another do so..I hope

Convenient location with unlikely pleasant atmosphere. It's unsurprising that you'll run into a Java at every turn it seems, and I came across this particular branch along a busy CBD street while looking for a place to sit. The food is classic Java - tasty and reliable. However, the service could do better, spent ages waiting for orders and additional requests.

The service is better than in the other branches. It's also bigger in capacity. I just wish they didn't remove their signature soups from their menu which was the main reason I visit java. They really broke my heart.

Nice place to have meetings or dates. The coffee is out of this world👌food is slightly above average. Fewer stuff post COVID leading to slower services when customers are many.

This is one great place for coffee and pastries. My snack center when hunger calls while running errands in CBD Nrb. I'd encourage coffee lovers to give it a try.

Good fast service - convenient.

No one does spicy fries like Java and even though I had/have a sore throat I couldn't miss my chocolate milk shake. Standards have fallen a bit after the original owners sold the business but some things are still intact.

Absence of hand wipes or saviets on all the tables was noted .
