Good place to shop for gifts..

A very clean, well-organised shop. The cleanliness levels here are borderline OCD. The staff are kind and helpful. They sell unique everyday items too at relatively affordable prices. I have purchased quite a lot from them, and I have become a loyal customer. Great shop at a great mall.

I took my 3 kids there today and left them to spot out items of their interests, only for them to come back sulk, I found out that a grown adult had scolded them for something they did not even do, shameless employees, do better

Waiting to pay for one item in a shop that is relatively empty of customers but 10 staff members walking around but only one on the till with a queue at the till!!!!!!! Having to needlessly queue due to poor management means lost sales. I left without buying. Please address this. Not the Japanese efficiency.

Great product selection

The miniso is pretty well stocked and organised. My only issue was I was double charged for an item and had to wait quite a while before I was served. Sadly realised about the charge after I'd left and they'd already closed due to curfew issues currently.

Affordable items
