Absolutely exceptional service! I have visited TBC stores countless times and they've got such great service and quality products. They definitely do not disappoint. Even though I am a long time customer it was my first time at this particular store. I loved the service so much. The store is conveniently located on Kijabe, Street. Parking can be an issue on weekdaya but on weekends you shouldn't have any problem getting parking here. Covid19 protocols were also being observed with temperature checks and sanitization station. The staff here were also very friendly and helpful and were able to give me the assistance I needed. Looking forward to visiting this store again in the future, it's in a great location and very conveniently located. Overall awesome experience shopping here, would highly recommend it.

Great place for any christian and good literature

Am very disappointed....Ordered books two weeks ago online and made payments but they only delivered one book and they haven't communicated on what the hold up is nor have they refunded our money. Whenever you contact them they take you in circles, you never get a straight answer out of them.My children have been going to school without their textbooks due to incompetence on TBC part.

I was able to locate the books I wanted in half the time I would have normally taken. All genres have a signage at the top of the bookshelf thus you can locate abmny category easily without the staff's help. You can also go round the bookshop taking a look at other books, you may find one that you didn't remember the title 😉
