I absolutely love the shop and the garden cafe, the staff is really friendly and helpful. I would given 5 stars if the food was halfway decent and the wine offering didn't match the establishment. I visited 3 times in my first week and will return.

A wonderful community gathering place. Arts and crafts beautifully displayed. Shopping and browsing are relaxing because attendants are not hovering over one. The cats are so lovely.

Amazing store. As sometime who travels the world and buys artwork from local vendors and artisans (for my personal collection), this place is incredible. Their focus on offering Kenyan, regional, and sub-Saharan items of authenticity is commendable. I purchased wall art and children's clothes. All of it was extremely high-quality and beautiful. My only regret is not being able to purchase more as it is a challenge to have things FEDEX'd overseas (according to the owner). I was only able to purchase what I could carry with me about a week or so ago. Highly recommend this place.

This location is beautifully situated in an up-class neighborhood of Nairobi. It boasts a vast array of typical traditional handicrafts like pottery, leather works, wood carvings, fabrics and fashion items. All very good quality and good value for money. A 'must do' for anyone looking for original gift items. The café has a comfortable lounge corner. All staff are extremely kind and helpful. The only complaint one might have is that one doesn't have the time to see all that is offered. Well done. Compliments to Spinners Web, well done all round!!

Nice place, good for an informal meeting with 2 or 3 people. Pricing is on another level though, exorbitant.

  • 5/5 Sarah C. 1 year ago on Google
Huge marketplace, all the staff are very friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Be prepared to spend at least a few hours, and enjoy a nice snack at the cafe.

Good selection of crafts, rather on the expensive side. My last experience was not entirely pleasant, next time will go somewhere else.

Spinners Web has the best quality selection of Kenyan craftsmanship, at a slightly highest price. Beautiful environment and good food if your shopping takes longer than expected.

Huge store, you can get lost inside. You can spend all day there and never get bored. Very nice store. Prices are a bit high, thus one star less.

My favourite place in Nairobi for gift shopping and a relaxed session at the cafe. Peaceful ambience, friendly staff, clean facilities and quality products.

  • 5/5 Muki Y. 1 year ago on Google
Great place to shop for souvenirs and house furnishings. Wide variety of Kenyan and African traditional crafts. Jewelry, clothing, sandals, traditional fabrics, handwoven wall hangings, all in one place. You can easily spend hours there. The staff are lovely and best of all, reasonable pricing with no haggling!

  • 5/5 Katy D. 10 months ago on Google
Great place to buy all sorts of items. No salesperson follows you around. The prices are slightly increased, but not like most tourist areas. There's a cafe which serves great food and drinks.

They have everything! Super friendly wish we had more time to spend there before our flight. Would recommend to anyone looking for market stuff.

A nice place to spend an afternoon. African inspired designs and merchandise are great in variety and reasonably priced. They also have a cafe area so you can always have a little break.

Bespoke goods and artisinal local Kenyan crafts! The perfect place for a relaxing and successful shopping experience, especially for tourists looking for something from Kenya with style/home goods. Also has a cafe for a quick bite!

A one-stop shop for all your Kenyan and African curio needs. Clean, easy to navigate, and affordable prices without the hassle of haggling. Huge variety of curios and local artists available. Good food for lunch or a snack too!

It's a really cool place for craft workshops, coffee and shopping for handmade interior decor and niche clothing.

I think I just had the best chocolate cupcake I’ve ever had. It has a light chocolatey sponge with outstanding frosting. The vanilla cupcake was not as good. Food service is very very slow.

  • 5/5 Kami N. 7 months ago on Google
This place was a delight, lots of wares that are Kenyan made. Two floors and lots of rooms to explore and different types of products on offer, including a cafe onsite. You can even buy the shopping baskets you use to place all the items you want to buy! They make nice gifts!

  • 5/5 Putri O. 1 year ago on Google
Nice divers offer! Nice staff! Good prices due to very central location. Food also nice!

  • 5/5 Arjan S. 8 months ago on Google
Very cool coop that sells all sorts of local crafts with fair terms to the (mostly female) artisans. Huge assortment of high quality things in a low key compound of buildings invisible from the street.

  • 5/5 Sharon L. 8 months ago on Google
This is a great spot for gift shopping or if you are decorating. The range of local brands is amazing and the quality of products is impressive. Plus it is a lovely space to hang out in for a while.

  • 4/5 S M. 11 months ago on Google
Various items you can see in this place. Fabrics and ornaments were expensive, but baskets seemed cheap. I think they could make more benefits if they utilised the large area of land and displayed more products by product type.

  • 5/5 Elena G. 9 months ago on Google
Cute selection of handicrafts. Slightly pricey for local standards. Nice inside area to sit and have a coffee/juice/snack, also used as a chill working space.

  • 5/5 smashosophie 1 year ago on Google
Big selection of handcrafted goods. There's a market on Fridays too. You can get food, coffee and drinks there. Watch out for some funny notes on the board.

  • 5/5 Hope O. 1 year ago on Google
This place is vast! There are different rooms around every corner and downstairs. The fixed prices might be a bit more than you would pay at another market, but they allow you to brows without being bothered by attendants. However, if you need assistance, they are always available. They ask that you not take photos, so I can't share any. But, it's a nice place for an easy going shopping experience and a great cup of coffee and a snack at the cafe.

    Excellent setup

  • 4/5 Aluisio B. 1 year ago on Google
It's a beautiful selection of items, generally better quality than the common crafts market. But it tends to be pricy. Good if you are looking for upmarket products.

  • 5/5 Karl B. 5 years ago on Google
Very nice place to take out-of-town visitors who want something to take home.Well organized retail space (i.e. not a traditional market) and low key, with a great selection. No intense sales pressure, but no haggling on price either if thats your thing. One stop shopping.

I recently purchased a rug 3' x 8' in a black -greytone - white color repeated with a black zebra design bisecting the middles- from jacqui. Originally I was going to use as an entry runner, but ended up placing on the floor of our bedroom. This rug is everything I had hoped for - love the flat wool feel of it , exceptionally well made, durable and comforting.....highly recommend their products! I am reminded of our trip to Tanzania every time I look at it.

Love this place. It's a nice place to spend time and has a cute little cafe. I don't shop here though as prices are rather high for products you can get much cheaper at Masai Market or elsewhere. It seems like it caters more to western/expat customers.
