I ordered a celebratory cake and chose a design for the cake from pictures shared by tiramisu. I paid in full before delivery and they delivered a completely different cake in design and size. Paid 5k for cake only to that an inexperienced child would have made. After complaining they did not bother to address it, messages were ignored. Tiramisu has shown very bad customer service. Do not believe their sales images their cakes are nothing like it. Never going back there again.

You'd think with the name Tiramisu their Tiramisu would be exemplary.... 👎🏾such a disappointment. Also avoid the cakes at all cost. Not worth one bit.

I recently had a cake from tiramisu and to be honest it was extremely overwhelming with sweetness. The cake layers were crumbly and dry and incredibly sweet. And on top of that is a and icing with caramel “drizzled” on top which quite literally made my teeth hurt as it was soo sugary. I suggest not ordering a cake from tiramisu as it very well may lead to more visits to the dentist.

Their new shop-in-shop concept in Village Market gives a rather cheap impression. No proper display of products - not even sure what they still sell. Tried to order a cake in advance but was informed by staff that 24 hours notice is not enough - as they are too busy. Been a customer for many years but the new shop and the no more existing customer services forced me to look for another provider.

As a regular visitor I can say one of the finest in NAIROBI The made to order cakes are excellent and please try the fresh breads from their ever smiling staff

Ordered 12 cupcakes today across their selections. I received my order that afternoon. Fresh and delicious. So far we love the blueberry and white chocolate and the tiramasu. The vanilla is delicious. The cupcake fillings are so smooth and a wonderful surprise. The cupcakes are beautifully decorated with the perfect balance of attention to detail.

Delicious pastries at fair prices can be found at this location! The wait staff here is also extremely friendly and the service is fast.
