This place has never disappointed me. I sent a picture of a cake I wanted and they replicated it pretty well. Prices are a bit higher than other cake houses, but it’s kinda worth it.

Got my birthday cake from the Old mutual branch and they made the buttercream so bitter that I could not eat it, even after I specifically asked for buttercream since I don't like fondant. I have to serve my birthday cake with all of the frosting scraped off. The customer support didn't offer any help. Very Unprofessional, please do better.

Ordered cake from them several times. The cakes are not awful but could be a lot better. If your looking for quick 'OK' cakes this is the place to go. I would give 3 starts but the 1star is because the last two times I ordered I have gotten disappointments. 1. I ordered a 4kg black forest and they delivered a 3kg and tried to convince me it was 4kgs even after we had weighed it. Second and last I ordered a red velvet which is meant to have cream cheese but considering its Valentine cake house I knew it was going to be fresh cream which is perfectly fine. This I confirmed with the lady I placed my order with just to make sure it was fresh cream. The cake I received had no fresh cream it was cooking fat with sugar, it was dry and very underwhelming. It was more a vanilla cake with food colour (I only wish I had paid for that. Because as a vanilla cake it would have been great). since I paid for a red velvet I expected a red velvet. Oh the cooking fat was also used to stick the layers together.

Loved the Blueberry Forest cakes. It can get quite busy so it's best to make the cake order early.

It is one of the best care shop in Nairobi. It is located along Kimathi street at Old Mutual building 3rd. There services are so professional with very friendly staffs who are ready and willing to offer help to its customers whenever they require assistance. The prices here are favorable and the cakes are delicious and the output of the order are always perfect to the customers satisfaction.

Ordered a birthday cake here and it was amazing. Valentines never disappoints they understand the assignment. Coupled with their professional staff and amazing cakes I am hooked to this brand. Good job guys on creating a lasting memory. Other Kenyan brands needs to follow suit.

Zero rating if possible. I have used Valentine Cake House since 2012. So far so good. Recently I made an order for my son's birthday (Lemon cake)..only to get vanilla flavour in mix with marble cake...neatly covered in icing????...surely where has the standard gone? Extremely dissapointing!

They serve cake pieces at different prices starting from Ksh 250 and they offer you cake bitings as you await to make your order. Their cakes are okay, not extraordinary, just okay.

How do we place an order only for you guys to go totally no contact, refuse to pick our calls/ respond to our messages or tell us what on earth is happening?? One of the top bakers in the Nairobi area. But my recent experience with them was not very great because I had to wait for my cake for quite sometime it was as if it could not be found, but all was forgiven because the cake was great and guests enjoyed it! Bought a cake that had a stale taste from kitengela branch Followed up for several days and the customer care was wanting. After 3 weeks of back and forth the shop insisted that the cake was fresh. He company needs to work on how it handles its customers and follows up on customer complaints. Edited: After sharing my contacts am yet to get feedback more than a month later.

Bomb! I waa so impressed. The staff at work were all busy. I love seeing people busy. It's an indication they love whatever they're doing. I was received and attended to very well, even without an appointment. The office has all required precautions in place. I am very very impressed! (Disclaimer:But don't go without an appointment, unless you operate in the same level of faith I do!)

I purchased a wedding cake for a bride through their Kimathi Street branch and on the day of the event the cake was to be delivered at 12 at Sarova Panafric (literally a stone throw away) they were late in delivering by one and a half hours. I spoke to the lady incharge who was not even apologetic. The cake was tasty but delivery sucked. It is extremely rude to mess up a brides big day. Ontop of it, the lady tells me that I should returm the items they used to display. I have used you for 3 weddings and have not had such an issue. Till date no apology was given. ??

Do you love? cake? Even me!? Speaking only of the above? They've prepared all my orders on time each and every time and maintained or yet continued bettering the quality and taste. Flavours are numerous, custom orders can be placed, service friendly and orderly throughout even at its peaks.

They have the most delicious mouth watering cakes I have ever tasted. But for the prices and the cake portions they should really try hard to either reduce their prices or increase the cake sizes. Otherwise it's a go to place when I want to surprise someone with a good quality cake
