I wasn't satisfied with the customer service. The delays were major, it was like I was begging them to sell me a plant. I loved that they were quick to deliver ( we used an Uber rider so let's just say the Uber rider did a great job.) The plant I ordered was not okay. Every leaf had a dent. I bought a new pot from them but they sent the plant with an old pot. Overall experience was below average. But they are fairly cheaper. Would I recommend them? Yes, but like a 2nd or 3rd option.

They cannot keep their word or deliver in a timely manner. Promises are made for delivery and then they postpone it over and over. Please note this is after they take your payment.

I made an enquiry about a fertilizer and agreed to the price of 5700/= for 2 bags (same as the price on their internet site) and they said they would finalise delivery and invoice details the following day. The next day they tell me that they have actually decided to increase the price to 12000/= for the same 2 bags. Yes, fertilizer prices have been increasing. However, this just "left a bad taste in my mouth". They could have said "gosh fertilizer prices are increasing and we will also need to increase our price to X, however, we will honor the price we offered you yesterday" and they would have had one very pleased and grateful customer. Losing a customer (maybe more from this review) was worth the one off 6000/= they hoped to gain by suddenly jacking up the price?

Terrible customer service, terrible choice of the cheapest flowers, no sense of knowledge of plants or arrangement, where to grow them. Everything cluttered, those need sunshine planted in the wrong place.
