Was so much happy 😊 to see how accessible ♿ the place is Wheelchairs parking and entrance ✅ Safety dividers ✅. Temperature check ✅. Masks wearing compulsory during this period of Covid-19. Large parking lot that accommodates a number of customers. While in the hypermarket it's easy to get goods due to there nice display and arrangements. Pocket friendly prices with a backery and fresh vegetables too. Security is up-to-date with friendly staff. Last and not least aplace to relax outside weather for dining or waiting for your cab. The place is cool and serene with trees planted in. I just loved staying there. Highly recommend Carrefour junction for shopping out door dining with family.

What a shock! So so bad. I could not wait to visit the Carrefour in Kenya. I was with two (black) English and Canadian children . One 2 years old. One 5. Joseph the security guide stopped us asking for the masks for the kids. I had no idea masks for kids were required as we had been to many places, supermarkets included without masks for them. We were surprised to see two white children much older being authorized to enter without any mask. The mother was strong headed and told me that UNICEF had said that masks should not be required for young children. But well the fact that her kids were white made me feel really sad. What does it mean?? Explain me. I would really like to understand. So of course it was the entrance of the shopping centre not the entrance of Carrefour but I guess Carrefour is asking the same no???

Nicely laid out shop, helpful staff. Carrefour remain the only supermarket that will not give you a used box to pack your shopping (which is most unhelpful if you are going bush like me back to the lodge. It also shows the whole money over satisfaction mentality of the company unfortunately. Anyway if you need a box you are better off with the others, whom are more than happy to help.

My wife Ronda loves to shop at the grocery store. With an excellent meat department where you can find fresh fish and seafood, the butchers for help and they will provide you with the best cuts of beef. The produce department is able to get grade "A" quality fruits and vegetables. My wife is a chef and has the highest standards for the ingredients she puts in her creations. Her high standards are  based on "measurable attributes such as size, color, texture, density, as well as the "presentation" of the meats, fruits, and vegetables. When she does not have time to bake she is impressed with the quality of the bake goods, she wants the wet and dry ingredients, leavening agents, flavorings, heat, and baking methods mixed by the baker with the most important ingredient of all, the bakers love and pride the put in every creation. If you need help, you will find the staff and management ready and willing to assist you. Enjoy your shopping experience!

Very well stocked. You will easily find all the regular essentials you need here and more. The tills are many making the lines at the counters relatively short (depending on the time and day if the week) the prices aren't too steep but then again it is Carrefour so they aren't exactly cheap either.

In comparison to the carrefour In Abidjan, this one has really dropped the ball. The store generally has everything you need, I wish they had a few more imported products. The staff here are very rude and unfriendly, they barely want to work. The bakery has soggy tarts on display that they’re willing to sell ( thankful I noted this before I paid). Staff and security follow you around the store on the quick assumption that everyone wants to shoplift, you can’t shop in peace! The customer service here is pathetic, they refused to trade my old shopping bags as they said they do. I hope they upgrade their payment systems to the tap and go model.

Nice deals but very poor customer services. The products were not delivered on time, delays were not communicated at all and finally two out of three products that were delivered were not what we had ordered. Getting the correct product is still work in progress and the call center is not of any help. We always have to go all the way to carrefour supermarket where we ordered from to follow up on the mess 🙌 This is not how we were planning to spend our leave days.

Wide variety of foods eg. Friuts, veggies, snacks and butchery. It has all sorts of stuff necessary for a house. It is a supermarket.

Well planned, has a supermarket Incase you want to get groceries, a food court, a cinema for movies and different choices of cafe's. Incase you want to bask in the sun there's an open courtyard you can sit within. Lots of parking too. Incase you prefer to commute there's a bus stop that's easily accessible nearby.

I call Carrefour an international supermarket since it has So many types of products not only local but you can find Chinese, Italian, Indian etc. It always have special offers both on food, non food and electronics.

Today, I had the worst experience. The trolleys' wheel came off and all my grocery spilled over. My eggs broke. But no refund for the broken eggs as told at customer service. Thanks to the customers who helped me put back the rest of the grocery. Pls have your trolleys well maintained.

Today I had a terrible experience at Carrefour junction mall. I overpaid for the items I had purchased and the cashier advised me to go and get an item costing the exact extra amount. I dashed and selected an item and came back to the same cashier ( where there was no queue) only for her to say in a rude way “ you have to queue at the other counter because it is a company rule” So I wondered what company rule states that I should queue at the counter where the cashier has no idea of what had transpired . It was such a sickening cheap attitude 😣 making me waste time for nothing. I was served by one called Purity Musyoki Customer care was not of much help.

You'll definitely love it here. Huge Mall with anything and everything you can think of, clothes stores, ice cream stands, best of the best brands. Make-up shops, herbal chemist, bookshops, coffee shops and most importantly a huge parking.

It's quite a big and trendy supermarket well stocked with a variety of exotic foodstuffs and other household items. Carrefour Junction is definitely a one stop shopping place for all your household and food stuff needs literally. Also the staff are quite friendly and courteous to deal with. Carrefour Junction is also popular with tourists, foreigners and usually attracts a trendy crowd especially on weekends. I would recommend stopping by for your shopping 🛍

The prices and selection are good. Not the most family friendly place for us though due to the music played and certain items sold at all checkouts.

Useless....never seen mindless crew like your customer care. I requested for a proforma invoice and even explained to them in details what it is. But imagine no one understood anything. Alice and your fellow customer non care....we still waiting for the proforma invoice.

The aisles are easy to navigate. Multiple options for a lot of consumer products . Friendly staff. Could you reintroduce the lay away payment option for electronics?

To wanted to replace my broken blender after many years, I bought this blender + mill at the Junction Mall Carrefour only to return it a few days later because it couldn't blend or mill, the two jobs it was made for! On the returning day I cynically rehearsed how harsh I was going to be if they refused to take it back and refund my money. At the customer care desk I was easily disarmed by two helping hands and four listening ears. I got a full refund with almost no questions asked. Von need to look into this appliance's design.

Good ambience, clean and sufficient tellers at the checkout counter. No one doesn’t have to spend time there. This branch has also upped the game in terms of range of products. And finally staff are very cordial

My neighbourhood mall. It has everything I need. Peanut butter, home, fresh groceries and more. Open till late and unlike other supermarkets, I have to give it to Carrefour for pricing their items correctly. No surprises at the till.

Nice supermarket well stocked with household items and foodstuffs. The only downside is they don't have small packing bags for customers who buy small items. I purchased shoe cream and shoe brush and I had to carry the two items without package bag even one for sale since the ones they have are the large ones. I requested if they had an old newspaper to cover the items but they didn't have any options other than I carry the items like that.

One of the best range of goods I have seen at affordable prices. Loved the freshly squeezed juices and the deli goods. Well laid out. Could do with signs above as to what's in the aisles though.

Spacious Megastore. Pretty good arrangement of the aisles, very spacious, gives one peace of mind while shopping. Can be a bit crowed over the weekends and holidays The store has every household item that one can be looking for. Staff are friendly and ready to assist. The alcohol section is neatly tucked in at the corner, you can easily miss to see it.

Best experience ever. Had my 3yr old with me and she was attracted to every colorful thing ..but I was provided with a helper all through . It made slot of things easier

Avoid Carrefour appliances!!! I bought here my blender, they tested the motor it was okay, when i reach home, the jar is licking fluids from the bottom. I went back to exchange, they gave me another brand, they tested the motor, and the jar and it was okay, when i reach home i try to blend my juice, the motor only works for like 3minutes and turns itself off ..... I am frustrated by the appliances at this place. Am heavily pregnant and i can't keep going back to the mall just to exchange blender for the 2nd time, Soo frustrating. Now am even worried more because i also got my fridge there, and am just scared it might fail one day and this is not something you would carry easily back to the store like a blender. Avoid Carrefour appliances my advice!!
