Great place to get basics food items at affordable price. You may need to be patient when you reach the cashier because it may be full packed, as the shop is well visited. The personnel look friendly.

This is right on my way home if I'm leaving town so I find it quite convenient. It's a bit crammed obviously bcz of space. I went when it's quite busy during the back to school season. So the congestion levels are quite high. Many customers have of course thrown caution to the wind in terms of wearing masks. I don't think the shop attendants can really control this for now. But it's a good place to shop if in a hurry in town.

They hall everything from fruit, vegetables, dried foods, clothes, electronic, hair products. They have all you need in one stop and the attendants are ready to help you in anyway they can.

It is a very ideal location. There are many other services. For me having Easy Coach offices within this supermarket is super convenient.

Naivas supermarket is located in The Mall in Westlands, Nairobi.The supermarket is accessible by matatu, bodaboda and on foot . There is a matatau stop for matatus heading to town right in front of the premise and express way entry -The Mall entry. Taxis and bodabodas are available at exit of the supermarket. The supermarket stocks groceries,assorted cereals,house appliances and consumables,pastries and many more. The prices are relatively fair. The ambience is good,the place is safe with nice staff.

Naivas Bakery has the best selection of freshly baked cakes. Whether you are looking for a piece or a birthday cake, they are available in wide selection. From red velvet, to black forest, you are spoiled for choice. I would recommend this supermarket to anyone.

A very accessible Supermaket. Just besides the Westlands stage to town. They have a small parking area but you can get a wide variety of items you require in a supermaket here.

I have the worst shopping experience with the mall shopping mall, I bought a faulty battery there 3 months ago, after taking it back it has been a back And forth with the customer care to the management now it's 2 weeks of calling naivas supermarket with no hope ,they don't call back they don't care about how they are inconveniencing the client at all, I am the one who has been making all the follow ups . Chloride company has better services than them . If you are planning to buy anything that requires a warranty from the supermarket please don't coz all in all will be in vain when found faulty.

A convenient location for shopping with variety of items and payment modes. They should consider a faster checkout process and have their own secure parking.

I like that this store gives me access to foodstuff on days when I work from the office. Mostly some decent breakfast and snacks for the day. I'm sure it serves many others who work in Westlands. It also has a host of other items just like a normal supermarket should. On days when I'm not in a hurry, I check out the electronics section upstairs and also the amazing collection of furniture from TV Consoles to coffee tables. Ladies, there's also a fashion section with cute ankara bags and dresses with an actual fundi there. Not bad at all!

Called to ask about baby formula. The attendants kept me on hold only to just say we don’t have and mannerlessly hang up. Before I could even ask for an alternative to be brought to me.

It has 2 floors with the first floor housing electronics, clothes, furniture, and other items. The ground floor houses all food stuff, kitchenware, toys, wines and spirits, and restaurant, among other daily necessities. It is just across stage ya chini. It gets quite crowded during evenings and weekends from 3 pm.

The new store arrangement is less congested, shelves were well stocked and I got served well and fast. Despite the ongoing road construction adjacent to the Mall, all was smooth and dandy. Will be back.

I love this Naivas location. It's so tastefully designed with their food market concept. Its next to the main Westlands bus stage. It has all manner of food items; baked stuff, fruits and vegetables and drinks too. If you need a bite as you head to work or maybe on a break it's the perfect place. The staff are very courteous and friendly like most Naivas staff.

Good customer service, great and affordable prices, it has all the essential items ,but in my opinion, a relatively smaller variety of brands and products to choose from , it does get crowded in the evening hours affecting check out time but it is overall a great place to visit so check it out today.

I'm visiting from America and I'd say it's similar to a Walmart Supercenter. Relatively affordable prices and decent inventory for standard department store and grocery shopping. They have clothing, appliances, grocery...etc. Go to Carrefour for more specialty and health food options.

The assistance from line attendants, customer care was so nice they way product are organized it's just up to date no fuss keep it up guys.

This westlands outlet is a bit too cramped up. Also needs some fan or ac esp during the rush hour. Improve on the cleaning too

Parking machines are a problem. You spend more time trying to pay a parking ticket than shopping. The attendants are never available either in person or on phone, it is as if they are doing us a favour. If no change, I will have to find another outlet with favourable customer care.
