The customer service here is honestly the best! The attendants are soo helpful and kind. Lemme just tell you though, ensure you carry some extra cash because I promise you, you're going to want to buy so many more things that you hadn't planned on buying because hey, let's face it, it's house of leather, they have soo many beautiful things. Hands down Kenya's number 1 gift shop! 🎁

When it comes to house decor this is the place to go shopping from wall paints to beautiful waterfalls to all you want under one one roof ..thank me later 😀👍

They changed the arrangement such that now the toys and all fun stuff were taken upstairs and you have to go through the entire shop even if you dashing in for a minute. You can easily spend an hour without knowing

House of Leather always has very interesting and functional items but they need to do something about their store layout and receipts. Some items didn't have a price tag so to have to ask for prices can be a pain

Friendly attendants, well organised shop, diverse products. Need to improve by installing automated Point of Sale instead of the manual receipt writing.

Worst Experience at House of Leather! I had a 10% off discount card. Made several transactions and wasn’t informed thats it renewable (it should be written at the back of the card) When asked to be renewed they started checking how frequently its used.In a day and age where technology is so advanced they still use books and manual recording.

The worst shopping experience in Nairobi. Shopping in a Leather house is like being in an unwilling treasure hunt exercise. Quite exhausting and inconveniencing. This spoils for the big selection of items they have. A little more organization can go a long way.

The place was amazing and the gifts are surprisingly more than you'd expect. Definitely deserves the 5 stars. Awesome service from the staff. Decor and display 👌👌. Just amazing. Definitely highly recommend.

Kenrail branch is more stocked but this spot is also worth it. You can find parking at quickmart pioneer for those using private means. Check it out

I like their selection of ceramic plates and leather shoes for men. The store arrangement is rather cramped with many twists and turns. Makes it difficult to navigate through the narrow pass ways.

The store is quite cramped in an attempt to cram the various good into such a small space. As a result, it is hard to navigate. Luckily though, the staff are friendly and will help you get around the little maze they have created. The variety of gifts and items available is commendable. On the flip side though, fast moving items, in this case playing cards, are not replaced fast enough. In addition, the payment process is a bit unusual with a second attendant stamping your receipt after you have paid.

HOL has always been a plug for cute and affordable gifts and household items and decor. This particular one is smaller than other branches, but that might be a plus if you need to grab something fast and avoid impulse buying... Because you will definitely be tempted.

It's a store I get a number of kitchen & bathroom accessories I can't seem to get in most supermarkets....mini dish drainers, potato peeler, rubber scraper, shower mats..... variety of color.

Had gone to shop for flower vases,they do have a wide variety of them and the prices start from as low as Ksh100bob. They however have their prices mixed up.The cashier has to keep on verifying with the attends the prices of the item.This should be managed better.
