A small suburb within the general South C Estate. Complete one stop shop experience for revellers, traders, residents and students. It's an area well served by tarmacked roads, reliable power supply and social amenities, all within a walking distance. The only downturn is the reliability of the water supply; erratic and inadequate. One needs to invest in domestic water storage or commercial bowsers. Storm drainage can be a challenge in some zones; it's seasonal and temporary. A growing population and housing demand is moving in tandem; bringing some inexperienced before feeling of crowding. Public transportation is reliable and around the clock.... street lighting is awesome.
