Bought a huge appliance and was told to wait 20 mins for them to bring around a vehicle to transport it. Waited for over 3 hours, kept asking and was told, "gari iko karibu" every time. Eventually, after wasting lots of time, I had to organise and pay for my own transport! Very rude customer service representative...
