I am a travel/wildlife photographer and on my last 3 trips to Kenya, I used the Africa Kenya Safaris for all my activities. I can highly recommend them! The level of attention to their client's needs is second to none. From the first e-mail contact to the departure drop off at the airport, everything went smoothly and efficiently, and all my (often not small or trivial) requests were met and fulfilled promptly and professionally. Joseph Mbotte was my driver/guide on all occasions and he was truly amazing - I am happy to now be able to consider him a friend! I should mention that my first trip with the Africa Kenya Safaris was a leisure family trip and it was handled just as impressively too. My wife and I enjoyed every moment of it. The staff of the Africa Kenya Safaris are just as good at organising luxurious, pampering events as they are with handling the adventurous side of your Kenyan trips :)

My girlfriend and I took a "big five" safari tour with Africa Kenya Safaris and the experience was simply magical. Our guide Chris took care of us so well. He is not only an amazing guide with great knowledge about biodiversity, but also very professional handling his clients. We felt super comfortable and the whole company was very flexible working on our tastes and desires for this safari. This is definitely an experience we will remember for the rest of our lifes and we can't recommend more the great work this company did. We go now back home with lots of memories to tell to our families. And yes... we saw thousands of wildebeest crossing to Tanzania..

The safari experience with Africa Kenya Safaris was perfect from start to finish . Moses Kimani (our tour driver guide) was friendly and went out of his way to make sure we got to see all the animals , especially the big-5. The Safari Jeep was amazingly clean for a Safari vehicle ,stocked with cold water and had power outlets to charge phones or cameras. The accommodation at Mara Serena lodge were also first class with excellent meals and a great view over the Masai Mara plains.

We really enjoyed our Amboseli Day tour. We enjoyed the early morning and late afternoon drives and especially the sunrise and sunset .At the Amboseli ,we Spotted herd of elephants, many giraffes, Zebras , Hyenas Buffalo ,Warthog and Antelopes. We were not lucky with Lions or Cheetahs..Safari Car was clean and comfortable and both Breakfast and lunch in the lodges was great. Our driver guide Moses was great and gave a lot of facts about animals ,culture and landscapes . An Overall awesome safari experience, all in a Day!

We had plans of visiting Masai maara mostly and few other national parks and had our package setup from other company and booked off flight tickets . And due to certain reasons we had to drop the previous agency and reached out to African Kenya safaris just around 15-20 days before our departure dates , that too end of June where July is the beginning of peak season. Onesmum from African Kenyan safari curated our package to our expectations . George was our guide for entire trip and we had an amazing trip for lifetime . George made sure we had good sightings. We had really amazing and hassle free experience with African Kenya safaris and would recommend them 200% to our friends and families .

Our guide Abu said one time “I love animals more than humans” and it really showed. He was very caring and knowledgeable, and we felt very lucky to explore by his side as his experience on the field was consequential. That being said, on the organizational aspect from the office, there were a few mishaps. Due to the change of rules from the parks, we couldn’t follow the schedule and do all the exploring mentioned on their website. Additionally, one hotel booking got switched for another one unbeknownst to us. It didn’t prevent us from having a great safari but it was unnecessary frustration.

We had our safari in Masai Mara in a perfect moment: during the Great Migration. Seeing thousands of wildebeest passing just next to us was a once in a lifetime experience. Although, during these four days, there were many other highlights, like watching how cheetahs hunt. Experiencing that wouldn’t be possible without Chris, our great guide, who easily recognized animals in what for us was just a dot on the horizon. He not only has a big knowledge about Masai Mara, but also about all the animals which live there. Nevertheless, Chris was flexible, punctual, super friendly and drove the car without any discomfort to us (the roads are sometimes challenging). Also, the accommodation was simply great. In Zebra Plains Mara Camp we were falling asleep listening to the sounds of nature and in Maria Serena Safari Lodge, which is perched on a hill, the view was simply breathtaking. To sum up: the company went above and beyond to make sure we were having an amazing time. Everything was perfectly organized.

Spoke to Onesmus about a safari to Nairobi National park and despite letting me know that there was availability on 23rd Dec morning, I had to follow up only to find out that the spot was no longer available. I was then promised he would keep me updated. No updates were received and in fact I chased a few times again to empty promises. They really messed around with my plans. I ended up booking the safari elsewhere. If you want a reliable company you can trust, look elsewhere.

Myself and my friend just finished a 8 day safari with Africa Kenya Safaris and it was absolutely AMAZING! Our driver Evanson was friendly and welcoming from the first meet. He was knowledgeable, fun, and we really clicked with him over the 8 days together. All of our accommodations were fantastic, the food, the room, and the location were 5 star. We managed to see the big 5 during our safari along with pretty much every other animal as well. This once in a lifetime trip was truly surreal and the memories we created will be carried with me for the rest of my life. All of this wouldn’t have been possible without our guide Evanson, we can’t thank him enough for the experience. I would definitely recommend booking with Africa Kenya Safaris!!

After lots of research, we chose Africa Kenya Safaris because they offered an easily customizable plan as well as a great price compared to its competitors. Correspondence was always quick and uncomplicated. Service was unbeatable from start to finish. From the first moment our guide Price arrived, we knew it would be a great 6 days. He picked us up at 7am with a big smile and lots of confidence for the week ahead. He surpassed every expectation we had - as a guide and person to spend the next 6 days. He was top in spotting animals (we managed to see the big (& ugly) 5), educated us and answered all our questions, a great driver and very attentive (he noticed, without us saying anything, when we were interested in seeing something/taking photos and stopped to give us time). His respect for the animals and land have truly impressed us, especially after seeing how some other company guides would invade the animals' space with no shame. We ended each day with an unbelievable experience, wondering how the next day could be better, but somehow Prince always managed to do just that! We really enjoyed his cool, laid back and friendly demeanor. He was a perfect fit for us! During our tour, we met with some other colleagues of the company (Mr. Philipp and Daniel), and they also gave us a great impression of the company. Steve and Humphrey also called and checked up on us throughout the trip to make sure our expectations were being met. We had a great adventure that we will share for the rest of our lives. I contacted some from Africa Kenya Safari regarding to Safari trip and she responded back and promised to send me and email with safari details.. Unfortunately the next day she just sent me a message that she cant organize my trip. On my review I can say poor customer care to this company as they wasted my time.

We did one day Nairobi tour and 5 day Masai Mara and Amboseli safari with Africa Kenya Safaris and were very satisfied with both. They have most comfortable and spacious cars and very experienced guides. I have celebrated my birthday on the safari and they went above and beyond to make it unforgetable experience for me. Definitelly recommend their services.

An amazing first time 3 Day safari experience in a tented camp. Our driver/guide was great. An excellent scouter for. animal sightings, very knowledgeable indeed. Elengata Olerai Luxury Camp staff very friendly, kudos to Chef Steve and his team, the meals buffet, varied and wide range. Our 3 days (2 Nights) Masaai Mara trip was amaazing. One I would want to have each year. My friends and I had a great tour first of all because of our driver. He was on time to take us to see the best of Mara's wildlife, and take us back to our booked hotels. My best memory was the rustic feel of Losokwan and the almost heavenly feel of Basecamp Leopard Hill. Both hotels gave us a closeness to the wildlife around, in the midst of bushes and trees. You can hear them walk by at night. All in all, thank you Africa Kenya Safaris. You made my 3 days worth full of memories.

Our Safari Driver Guide Christopher collected us from Nairobi and took us on a 5 day safari that visited the amazing Amboseli and Masai Mara National Parks .His expertise and knowledge of Kenya were invaluable and helped us to see an abundance of wildlife with a stop at the Lake Naivasha for a boat ride and a short walking safari at the Crescent Island. We felt that our safety and comfort on Safari was always assured including being booked in nicely located Lodges and a safari camp! Christopher shall remain in our debt forever for giving us such a wonderful and memorable holiday safari experience!

My family had such a memorable safari experience to Maasai Mara. We had an opportunity to see the Big Five animals during the game drive. Our Driver guide was professional plus the whole planning and execution by Humphrey is highly recommended. Our Stay at Sarova Mara was epic with such magical views of the Mara Plains.
