One of the worst experience on parts, I bought spark plugs from Toyota Kenya(cfao) Lusaka rd and expected to enjoy the ride for at least 30,000km as confidently confirmed by the sales rep at the point of sale. Just after covering less than 2,000km In just 2 weeks, my car stalled and was wondering what was wrong. On checking the plugs, you could think have covered 150,000km without service. Kshs 9,000 wasted just like that in 2 weeks Anyone eying to purchase parts from this so called experts and MR Know it all "cfao" watch out

Slow customer care/ sales people! You take quite a long while before you’re served (from getting to their premises to having your item/part issued at the stores. Worst off, when you order via call. The sales person are not enthusiastic at all to offer assistance where necessary.

Very poor customer experience from Toyota CFAO, I must admit. I had gone there to look for accessories/spare parts for my Yamaha tenere XT 660Z. As the sole agent for Yamaha, I expected to get help. The sales guy at the counter referred me to seek support from previous help import the items. Their latest spare part catalogue for Tenere is dated 2006 and my bike's YOM is 2014. Why would a reknown Toyota CFAO sign a Yamaha dealership if they can't support customers. WHY?????

very friendly staff, no waiting on the line, not sure if its coz of the day that I visited but i found it funny that the HQ has no Toyota Diff.Gear Oil LT API GL-5 SAE 75W-85 for my car's rear differential. If they dont have this....where else can I get this? They insist on buying genuine Toyota spares while they actually dont have some. Funny for me.
