I've been there several times and what I can say it's a very beautiful place the scenery,accommodation and now the new The hook lakefront bistro/bar will definitely make me come back over the weekends. We had a friends birthday party this past weekend they managed to setup for us dinner at the lake front complete with a dj check out their Instagram page (@the hook lakefront) Sunday we had lunch at the bar and later went for a boat ride for almost 2hrs remember to carry your drinks youl need it,if you've got a boombox the better the experience.Amazing place tutarudi tena.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. There is a great view of Lake Naivasha, which is also a walking distance from the residence.

The place was serene, spacious and comfortable. The hot showers were everything, the swimming pool and chilling spot was nice too. The cleaners were always on time and dressed in uniforms . We basically loved everything about our stay

I don't know any other place I can recommend for your weekend escape with your Mbongi if it's not here at Boffar Residency

Horrible place, smelly, dirty, poor maintenance. We had an order, in the family house, for 2 nights during August 2023. When we arrived, the house was so terribly dirty, smelly and poor maintained, that we asked to see the cabins. They were clean, but with poor maintenance...so finaly, we didnt stay there, and moved to other place. Avoid this place!

Unique glass cabins with tasteful decor. The staff is warm and restaurant serves great food.

Loved everything about boffar. . I saw actual hippos in so close proximity. How cool is that? The bonfire was amazing and the staff had to keep up with us "night runners" and kept fueling them. Good job

Nice but the toilet shower is very hard to operate but overall it was awesome 😎👍✅

Easy to access, privacy granted, homely feel, quick and efficient service. They do laundry for you too. All you have to do is leave your dirty clothes on your bed although this can be a pain especially if you didn't want your clothes to be washed 😂 which was the case for my friend. However it is altogether a great place to get away to.

There is no reason to pay extra in the hotels around when you can get a staycation at Boffar and have access to the same lake and social amsnities like the guys in the hotel. The houses are amazing and the service is stellar. Most of the houses have a garden which are good enough if you booking as a group. You get a swimming pool, bonefire, a bar and access to the lake if you want to take in the views.

Very friendly and responsive service in general, though the food was of basic quality. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

Best place to relax, cabins so unique and clean.Stuff(Maggie)was Nice and helpful.The entire place was 👌. Highly recommend.
