This is located along the busy Nakuru - Nairobi highway at Sokoni in Naivasha. A modern hotel with nice interior decor in the bedrooms, washrooms and lounges. Service has greatly improved over the years and still can be improved further. The parking lot is conveniently located at the hotel's ground floor. The hotel can assist visitors haul the luggage from the cars up to the room. The restaurant has more than enough staff who could be assigned other duties. The hotel has the potential to quickly hit a five star rating. The internet connection is excellent in all places I accessed.

Worst service in town. Management can do better. Security is very poor. All the say is Kenya Police bosses spend their nights there often. That should not prevent you from having best security system on board. If you value your security. Don’t buy room here. Its wrongly rated. Should be 2 star if all guidelines are followed. And please don’t rate hotels with Kenyan standards yet most people who go to this facilities are actually not from Kenya. Be fair to us. I regret spending a night in this place.

Their food is great, and they also have a wide range of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Their customer service is top-notch.

Ideally located and easy to find restaurant on the Nairobi-Nauru highway. The hotel is modern with clean and spacious rooms at a friendly price. The food is good and made fresh. The service can be a bit slow especially when it comes to clearing the tables once one is done eating. Parking is available. The hotel is ideal for meetings and conferences as they have plenty of conference rooms. The conferencing package is very competitive and it seems very popular with organizations as you will not miss seeing 2-3 groups holding workshops. The rooftop lounge is perfect for unwinding as you watch the sunset and have a great view of Naivasha town and the Lake.

One of the best hotels in Naivasha. Easily accessible & conveniently located beside the Nairobi Highway. Good food. Restaurant is nicely designed to give you a view of the highway as you enjoy your meals or date. The rooftop bar & restaurant is on another level with a beautiful view of lake Naivasha. Conference rooms are top notch. A nice hotel.

This hotel really surprised me. In a really good way. As you can see everything was impeccable 👌 😌 🙂. Their dessert 🍨 🥧 🍦 was definitely the high for me every time I was dining. Prime location just along the Naivasha- Nakuru High way, this hotel is ideal for business meetings and conferences for organizations. You can also unwind at the roof top bar where the views are breathtaking 😍 I had a wonderful 3 day stay there and it was a great experience. 👍 Keep up the good job 👏 👍 👌 🙌 💪

Clean, cool, and so accessible seeing as it's right by the Nairobi Nakuru highway.. near the delamere farm shop stop over. As would be expected, can be somewhat noisy from the traffic that is right next . Great views from the rooftop . Service great, but the food not all that.

This place is a mini paradise in town! Being just at the edge of the town, the place is not congested. It has an open rooftop with a bar and restaurant with the view of the lake and landscape beyond. I went there for lunch today and had the worst experience. The baked potato was actually fried so dry you could not eat. The fried steak was so tough I never imagined a tougher steak. I advised them to improve on this since this was absolutely unacceptable. I left without eating, and so upset.

Don't get a room by the highway- very noisy if a light sleeper. They eventually changed it but what I got was dark. Everything else is ok for the type of hotel.
