Sawela lodge is simply magical! The staff are friendly especially Nicole, She is the friendliest and welcoming Front office manager you'll ever meet, her customer service skills are simply Amaaazing!! 😍😍 The rooms will give you comfort,extreme peace and relaxation Oooh and the food is mouth watering. You can spend the rest of your day relaxing at zebra café right by the swimming pool or go on a nature walk at the Sawela trail, you'll experience the most spectacular views of Mt. Longonot from the Sawela lodge as well,or the wonderful boat riding experience in L. Naivasha Movie Night is sorted!!!Did you know that it has the state of the art equipment which allows you to watch a movie of choice,fun right??🤗🤗. And If you wish to say I do here the gardens are well manicured waiting for you to take your vows. Sawela is alittle haven of paradise in Naivasha. Great place to kick back and get away from it all. The lodgings are fine, they've paid a lot of attention to detail and that is always appreciated in a great resort. Food is awesome, service is great, loved the ambience. The wait staff were really kind to my kids when we once passed through after a hike at Hellsgate and needed a quick meal to fix their low sugar. There are hiking guides who will take you to the nature trails to do some bird-watching if you fancy. We even managed to see a couple of fish eagles. Maybe I'm just biased, but I don't have a bad thing to say about Sawela. I'm sure there's always room for improvement but this is one place I rather enjoyed. Charles at their reservations office was also very helpful, I hope they're still keeping him. Kudos.

This time I visited with my family and my stay was memorable.The reception staff were very efficient and Friendly .I was so impressed to see Ms.Nicole remember me and address me by my name she gave us an upgrade to a nice spacious room.The room was well furnished and the decor on point.The environment was serene and relaxing .The waiters who attended to us were friendly and food was good.I saw a lot of improvement from the last time I visited in terms of customer service .The staff are attentive and anticipative to customers needs. They even called our room to check on us and provided us with hot water bottles to warm our bed .we were fully engaged with many activities from swimming to nature walks to the lake and boat rides.It was all amazing. We love Sawela and will be back.

Great customer service.The kids facilities are excellent. I would recommend it for families with young kids. On a side, do carry warm clothings as the nights are quite chilly.

Poor service, the food kept being delayed and at times it was over before all guests had their meal. The location us off, no where close to fun places in vasha. The rooms were really cold and the showers lacked hot water
