Whether it's an official work, personal or family retreat, Eseriani the Resort is the perfect place to be. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were delightful and always ready to help. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Naivasha. You'll love it! 😘

The location is great, and the rooms are clean and well designed, and the gardens are beautiful. But the soundproofing was so bad, the bar downstairs was so loud, and unfortunately, a bunch of drunks were slamming the doors open and shut, a lot of noise. Not getting a good night's sleep

Very nice rooms but the service at the restaurant is poor especially dinner. If going for B and B it's great. I will visit again. I love the ambiance but for B&B breakfast is buffet so it's great

Wonderful place to hold meetings in Naivasha.Easy to find,Quiet,serene.beautiful garden for a mental break in between meetings. Staff are professional,friendly and helpful lovely pool.

Loved the interiors and structural design. I was in awe about so much! I was fairly disappointed that the pool was shallow, but no offense taken! Loved how fresh the food was and the room I was in had such a beautiful view! Hoping to come again soon.

The noise from the pub in unbearable. And the drunkards shouting their way to the rooms. Worse when you have young ones Ideal for partakers of alcohol

The experience I had in this place left a bitter sweet taste in my mouth. The facility has a prime location with Lake Naivasha just a walking distance away. The rooms and conferencing facilities are top notch and the facility can accommodate a large number of people or different groups at a time. There is a 1.8m deep pool though it's location doesn't seem accommodating to shy swimmers. The facility also has a children's play area. Internet access throughout the facility can be improved upon. The saddest thing about this place is that the staff are not trained in hospitality. There seems to be very few professional waiters, waitresses and staff working here. This sadly leads to a less than pleasant experience for the customer. The management should train the current staff. The facility also seems to have adopted a lot of cost cutting measures that may not auger well with a hospitality facility. I had a two week stay at the hotel and at some point it was clear that food was being recycled. All in all the hotel should take this as positive feedback and improve in the wanting areas.

Overall, my stay at Eseriani was an absolute delight. The cozy accommodations, coupled with the outstanding service, made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. And be sure to ask for Lawrence – he is a true gem! Lawrence went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, from providing recommendations for local attractions to offering assistance with my luggage👌

Reception was excellent. However, food was not self service. It is served in small portions. Being a vegetarian I only got 1 serving of vegetables. Self service is preferable because I could have added more of vegetables since I don't eat the meats. Even the teas at times were not self service.

The service was meticulous, having Chef Peter and Lawrence the Restaurant manager on site was splendid everything went as planned, that was a good job done right there...

We went there as a group and it was the best experience. The cool thing about this hotel is it’s architecture, very simple yet elegant. It is super clean, the rooms are specious enough with a large tv and a king size bed for a comfortable sleep. The buffet was also nice and delicious. I’d give service 8/10 because of this waiter called Davis, he stood out. He was very fast, calm and collected unlike others who didn’t want to serve us and seemed confused in most cases. Other than that my group and I had an amazing time. Ambience, serenity, perfect! I’ll visit again

We were travelling as a couple and needed a place to just stay indoors and relax, so we elected to stay here on full-board basis. The first night was excellent. Dinner was great and tasty. Breakfast was okay although we felt there was room for improvement in terms of variety. Lunch was okay. The only drink options for dinner and lunch were water and soda, but there was juice at breakfast, although it was only one flavour. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nice and clean, but there's no lift, which might be a problem if you have limited mobility (but it's just two floors, so some guests might not mind). When we needed to swim, the staff were very helpful. Same for when we wanted to transfer from the restaurant and finish our breakfast at the garden. The second night, however, was a bit disappointing. For dinner, the fillet steak was rock-hard, and the vegetables were cold. The chips (fries) were a bit tasteless. Must have been a different chef, methinks. The waiting staff for the second night kept forgetting basics, and we needed to constantly remind them of everything: steak knife, soup, desert. They didn't seem to want to serve. We'd been advised that the bar closes at 11 pm, so I hopped in at 10 pm for a drink before bed. The place was closed. I suppose they close early when guests are few. The next day, things were back to normal, and we had no further complaints. We discussed these gaps with the management and there were very receptive of the feedback. We found this very encouraging, and we'll definitely be staying with them again. One big plus that hasn't been highlighted in the description is that they have an in-door play area in addition to the outdoor one. This can come in handy when one is travelling with kids during the rainy season. They also have family options.

Over and above my expectations. Clean, comfortable, good food, good service and excellent location. I highly recommend it.

It's a beautiful place with great views.The landscaping is on point which makes the resort stunning.The rooms are very clean, comfortable and quite big and a big shout out to house keeping who ensured our rooms were always clean despite having kids.The pool is always clean and relaxing and the kids play area makes it ideal for families.Staff here are friendly and very welcoming not to mention the gorgeous flower arrangements they did in our room and the restaurant for my birthday 😍😍I also got the yummiest cake have ever had so far😋😋thanks to the chef.We had a relaxing time as a family and will definitely be back.
