The attendants at the gate are not handling matters well. Your getting in is easy but coming out is like coming out of a prison. Please, Make it prison like even while entering so we don't enter to be embarrassed and frustrated while leaving. I'm Not sure I'll ever want to come back again.

During my next visit to Naivasha I will surely come to Blooming Suite, very polite staff, clean rooms and a sumptuous breakfast. The full tilapia dish was yummy

Beautiful place with nice staff. The food and ambience is really good. Relaxing for both work related and leisure travel.

The place was awesome.. and I enjoyed my stay… but am worried about how you people handle **lost items..** I have been in touch with two ladies who are part of the reception stuff ( Amelia and some other lady) .. where the other lady was rude… this is a good star hotel am assuming some follow should have been done on the lost item.. I had given it to one of their stuff… I am not happy… how your receptionist were rude am not sure if I can choose to be back at such a place😤😤😤

The place is comfortable, rooms are spacious and the staff were so gracious and helpful. I liked that we could use the sister hotel (Lake Naivasha Resort) facilities though we didn't get to.

Surprisingly large and specious rooms. Adequate internet, can be made better for use in the rooms. Very functional, separate toilet and bathroom.

I love the carrot soup..never tasted anything like it before. Highly recommended

The rooms are worth it but can get too warm. Perhaps an A.c. would be of help. Great service, spacious and well aired rooms. Food is okay. Warm staff. Can't complain.
