Vienna woods is the most ideal place for nyama choma around Nakuru town. Has a garden and a small kids playground. Their customer service is tops, employees are soo polite, food so delicious and affordable 😁. Will be back again and again!!

Vienna Inn Holiday Inn is an excellent place for those who want a place suitable for the whole family. Ample parking with 24/7 security.The food was excellent and the outdoor cuisine was awesome.The rooms are clean n room service is available at very good rates. The staff are very friendly.The place is quiet with cool background music in the gardens n inside.To crown it all it is just about 5mins drive from town.Just loved the place.

Vienna woods is in a perfect location in Nakuru city. You can navigate from here to most significant locations. CBD is just 1.1 Km from the property. The staff are very kind and hospitable willing to shorted-out if you face any issues during your stay here. The surrounding of this location is amazing, the landscape is nicely constructed. The bar inside has romantic lights with good ambience. There are some shortcomings but i guess it is due to corona however, the hotel is affordable and you must visit.

Very bad behavior of the staff and be careful they charge any lumpsum without any explanation. I totally do not recommend this hotel.

I was there for two nights and two days and the staff were just amazing always asking if there is anything i need .But the best part is the outdoors at the gardens , a good place to relax unwind ,eat and enjoy my time with friend's....

I loved this place. It's closer to the centre and also located in a good location. They have outdoor seating arrangements, the outdoors is clean, calm and serene and the staff are hospitable

Sincerely speaking the food took too long to prepare 1 hour 2o minutes. Unlike the 40 minutes the waiter said. To crown it all the food was not good. We had to leave without a meal .

Worst hotel ever to visit and stay. Very bad attitude of staffs and no at all tolerable, very bad attention and services, took unnecessarily high amount without any futher notice. High charges took at the checkout. Very bad staffs, created a bad tragedy.

Cool environment though their showers 🚿 needs to be fixed. They could also upgrade their room TV 📺.

Good food, clean washrooms, excellent table service, one month later, I still stand by the first observation but also one month later, the management is yet to refund some 1170/= a bill paid inadvertently twice. the staff told me to eat something for the amount. how do i eat twice? if i spend 100 and give a note for 1000, do you tell me to continue eating and exhaust my 1000? you obviously give the balance. simple. At this moment, I am compelled to remind the management not to rob their customers, that's not a way to make money, most seemingly well to do businesses fail due to suicide and not homicide as Sunny Bindra puts it in his BIGGER DEAL book.

The place is quite, peaceful and has a lively and good service from the staff. Faulty hot shower, toilet and insufficient cleaning of the bathroom.

The place was nice and the staff very friendly, but unfortunately the bad surprise came around 24 hours later (food poisoning) Of course can’t say for certain, but we believe it was the juice (with tab water?), the minced meat samosas or the fish curry. So better avoid, sorry to say!

Very dissapointed with the way the security guy treated us. He literally told us to "excuse other guests" at the gate yet we had paid for the most expensive room there. Despite showing him a receipt I had to wait for the receptionist to come allow us through, simply because we didn't come in driving. The nerve!

Very poor service. My second time experience. Left meat with the watchman at the gate. Cooked with spices against my wishes. Barman confirmed it was no good. Chef insisted it was ok. No supervisor or manager around to get my feedback.

I love the green environment surrounding the hotel, gives it a cool shade on a hot day. The hotel is highly inclusive, ramps to rooms, restaurant and bar make it accessible. The outdoor activities are plenty, from koroga to bonfires. Their food is top notch, fresh and very delicious, ask the hosts to recommend a dish they have good insight. Their rooms are well kept and organized. Overall good service and I had no regret being here.
