Overall great stay. Husband had conference to attend & I tagged along. Rooms were clean & comfortable. The hotel organized a boat ride for me to Crescent Island for Ksh4000. This was most enjoyable. The staff were all very friendly. Chef David came to check that the breakfast buffet was in order & we had a quick chat. Carol at the breakfast was a friendly welcoming delight each morning. Loved being able to hear the birds & just relax. Security was good & felt safe during my stay.

The place is located conveniently in Naivasha. Its priority to security and privacy is evident from the moment you pull up at the entrance. Great receptance and excellent service and humility and politeness and general good mood from the staff. Great and awesome creative lighting in the evening. Very beautiful btw.I loved the outdoor decor . Very spacious. Very quiet, silent and privacy is topnotch if I may sayπŸ˜‚. I absolutely loved the indoor decor and creative artwork displayed all over the place Lastly....hygiene levels are on a whole new level. Definitely worth the 5 stars. Thankyou for such an experience. SENSATIONAL ❀️✨❀️

My go to place whenever I want a little relaxation from the town. Beautiful location, ever perfectly manicured grounds, lovely walkways.. Evenings come aglow with the expertly done lighting work, both indoors and outdoors. And , the staff is polite and professional. (A lady called June is so attentive to detail and she is so delightful 😊)

Great place! Went there with the wifey for Eid, had a good rest. Wish I had stayed longer. What we loved about it the most was the lake view, the amenities (gym and games room), the food was very good, friendly staff, property is within a nest of trees and nature, peaceful place and extremely great ambiance!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the resort. I especially would love to give a shout out to Maureen who is a hostess and her staff for making sure that our 9month old son is fed. Going over and beyond. Thank you! It's an amazing facility with amazing courteous people. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely stunning property that's right on Lake Naivasha. My room was dreamy, spacious and ever tidy thanks to the staff. The buffets were impeccable and delicious. There was always fresh fruit and veggies, delicious fish, chapati, and desserts. The nightly pudding dessert is a must have. I thoroughly enjoyed their Kenya tea that was provided for each meal. The staff were always pleasant and helpful! Bravo!

Enashipai Resort provides a serene escape, characterized by its overall tranquility. The villas are a true highlight, boasting beautiful architecture and creating a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast experience was delightful, offering a delicious spread that caters to various tastes. One of the resort's standout features is the extensive walking paths, providing an opportunity to immerse oneself in the natural surroundings. The bicycle riding activity adds a fun and active element to the stay, allowing guests to explore the expansive grounds. The large pool is a refreshing oasis, perfect for unwinding under the sun. The resort's commitment to prompt guest services is commendable, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. In summary, Enashipai Resort is a haven for those seeking peace and relaxation. The combination of a serene environment, beautiful villas, delicious breakfast, recreational activities, and attentive service makes it a compelling choice for a rejuvenating getaway.

The rooms were spacious, clean with nice amenities like a mini fridge, blow dryer bathroom stuff etc. As you check in, the rooms are far from the reception so one is treated to a cool golf cart ride to the rooms . It's a family friendly place as it has two play areas for kids, an indoor and an outdoor one. A swimming pool and one can walk over to the lake side and maybe spot a lion πŸ˜†, kidding! Just waterbucks. They offer several booking options, dine in self service or Al carte menu as well as the rooms. We got a room that actually had a sitting room with a kitchen shared between two rooms.

Enashipai Resort & Spa is an awesome hotel whose ambience is breath taking. At the main gate, one is enchanted by the guards' hospitality. Their welcoming spirit as they open the gate with a warm "Jambo!", which is a Swahili word for "Hello!". This welcoming spirit stays with you as you drive down a beautiful driveway, lined up with trees and beautiful flowers on both sides. Another guard welcomes you at the ample parking lot and ushers you to the reception area. Here, a huge welcome awaits you, leaving not a shred of doubt that your choice for Enashipai Resort & Spa Hotel was spot on. The staff are pleasant, cheerful and friendly. The same can be said for their waiters. The cuisines are sumptuous and mouth watering. One can opt to take long walks around the beautiful spacious grounds whose foot paths are cabro-paved. It can also be fun renting a bicycle to ride around. From the hotel, one can opt for a ten minutes walk to lake Naivasha. Here, the scenery is eye-catching. While on a boat ride to an island a short distance away, fun lovers can enjoy a spectacular game view for herds of hippo families, impalas and monkeys. A glimpse of these rare majestic world species is a site to behold. Take a break and go experience all these plus so much more, at Enashipai Resort & Spa five star Hotel. Without a reason for doubt, you will enjoy yourself and have memorable moments.

The place is all you expect and more. I knew I was going to enjoy my stay but I did not think I would be this blown away. Their attention to detail is astounding. I really don't have anything bad to say about my experience here The staff were super courteous and helpful. They look really happy to serve you and make you comfortable. Their rooms are as gorgeous as they look in the pictures and they are very clean an meticulously organized. Their food was an adventure and though there were some dishes that did not suite my palette, I blame my palette not the chef.

Had a 3 day stay here and it was lovely. The service was amazing. From the reception with Simon to the eating area (Entumo) with Lillian, Anastacia and the team. Rooms are clean and well kept. Gardens are really beautiful around the hotel. I liked their lake view of Lake Naivasha. Would be nice if they added a bench or 2. 😊 Food options were many and the pool was really nice. Overall great experience. Thank you!

If you looking for a place where kids as little at 3 years old are looked after whilst you want to have a peaceful meal, swim, use the SPA, take a bike ride or even take a long walk. Their children s club is amazing as they have a number of activities that keep the kids busy during the day. These include jumping Castle, play area, art club, swimming, movie nights for kids and so much more. We are definitely visiting Enashipai again purely for the kids. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. The food and service was excellent.

I have been to Enashipai twice. This time I got a villa which I found the bed and matress less comfortable compared to the rooms near the pool. The kids pools was extremely dirty. Other than those two, Enashipai is a great place to be for a family time away from the home.

Great place ,could do with some refurbishment but still great They need more go karts It's killing to stay here and walk long distances for meals or meetings 😑😑

Amazing rooms, perfectly serene environment. I LOVED my stay there. However, I have given 4 stars instead of 5 because the (dinner) buffet menu was disappointing each night I was there. Few options, and it seemed like the food prepared was not enough for the number of guests.

The hotel is old, and overpriced. Totally not worth the price. The room is so small. The decor is sad and old fashioned. Do not trust the pics online. Kudos to the β€œphotoshopper”. The bed is very narrow, and uncomfortable. I can literally feel the springs of the mattress. Even though we are two adults checking in, we only get one key card. β€œWe don’t have anymore cards.” There are lots of mosquitoes around so you also can’t really open the window. Therefore the air is very stuffy in the room. The hotel is very spread out, and they only have a very limited number of golf cars. Therefore be prepared to walk, walk and walk. Oh by the way it’s dimly lit so don’t fall. The dinner buffet is as lacklustre as the room.

My fourth time at this property and totally loved the place this time too. The service (including after service) was something that is brilliant. It was a pampered weekend away. Thank you Enashipai and team!

Deep in the serene environment of Naivasha with amazing scenery and great ambiance is this beaitoful hotel. If your looking for an interception of luxury, comfort and adventure then this is the place. It is good for your holidays and good for your conferences especially corporate. The service is top notch and their cottages feel like home away from home. Definitely going back more and more.

I stayed here between 30th and 2nd January 2023. I loved the rooms, very big, clean and spacious. Also loved the outdoor shower. Customer service was very good. All the staff from security to reception, restaurants and the housekeeping were very polite. The food options I found to be a bit limiting. Pros: Play area for kids, bicycles and boat rides available. Close to the lake, Nice swimming pool, activities for kids. Cons: Food options were a bit limiting. Not enough variety of things that go together. Nonetheless would still return as everything else was pleasant. It was actually quite warm during the day so do not pack too many warm clothes as we did.

It's a very beautiful place to relax and allow nature be what it is. From the warm welcome to services and hospitality, from the beautiful grounds to the sunset by the lakeside. It's a very beautiful place πŸ‘β€οΈ. I'd highly recommend πŸ‘Œ

Horrible customer service. We stayed 3 days and every time we ordered a coffee or food we had to wait 2 hrs to get it. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone !!!

I think that's one of the best hotels in Kenia. Pool is nice, service was top-level and you can walk to the lake. We liked to watch the monkeys 😁

Enashipai was awesome. I was ill on my 2nd day - nurse Claire helped me out. The restaurant and bar team were really great. Consolata the host, Khadija and Irene. Cate's waffles were out of the world and the Margaritas at the bar you should really try them. The rooms have an earthy feel and are great for grounding. Lake Naivasha is right next and there is boat rides to the Island. I loved to just sit at the playground and swing to soothe myself after the meetings

Definitely the best resort in Naivasha. The staff were very courteous from the guards at the gate to the waiters at the restaurant. The masseuse were hands down the best of the best in town. You could tell they have been trained well in their craft. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the open roof shower was spectacular.
