Very serene and quiet location with cottages and a restaurant. A great option for people who enjoy privacy and airy spaces. Worth a visit. The owner and the staff were very kind and welcoming. Definitely visiting again.

Beautiful spot to camp and enjoy a beer. Recently renovated toilets, showers and washing up area - perfect! Great bar area too and reasonably priced, really enjoyed.

I stayed at the beautiful and cozy Mutati cottage for a month. It felt like home away from home. Zoe and Andrew are amazing and helpful hosts who know the area inside out and gave us great advice for activities and trips to plan in the area. The staff is very friendly and the delicious meals at Kembu restaurant were prepared with lots of love and fresh ingredients. The farm, where Kembu cottages is located, is surrounded by serene nature and is perfect for bird (and chameleon) watching, long evening strolls along horse paddocks and paying a visit to the Kenana Knitters: A great initiative empowering women in rural Kenya and creating adorable stuffed animals from organic, local fibers. All in all, I enjoyed an unforgettable stay and will definitely be back one day!

The past 4 weeks I stayed at Kembu Cottages and I loved it. It is a great place to stay if you like to be surrounded by beautiful nature and friendly people. The owners, staff and community are very open and helpful. There are a lot of activities around, such as hiking on one of the surrounding mountains or visiting the famous lakes in the county, like Lake Nakuru, where you can see lots of wildlife. The cottages are all unique and have a private garden. The property is so specious that you can do a morning or evening walk or run with beautiful views. It was a special place to stay! I hope to make it to Kembu Cottages again in the future.

Wonderful cottages right in the middle of a farm. Peaceful calm and green fields. A home away from home. Meals are well prepared to suit your preference. Comfortable beds and great interiors. Milking cows, collecting eggs and a walk on farm are a few things you can do especially with kids. A quite and peaceful place to relax or go in small groups.

Fantastic place just past lake Nakuru national park. Quaint place set on an expansive farm land. Enjoyed the afternoon walk to see the horses, cows and monkeys. Horses really friendly. The camp site was well maintained and shower area clean. Definitely the highlight of the weekend though was the cooking. Simply devine. The chef ready did a great job and catered for all our tastes.

Two wonderful nights at Kembu Cottages. The campsite had electricity and a lovely roofed area to set up our table. The ablution facilities get 10/10! Best in Kenya so far. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant and our walks around the farm. Saw the horses and cows. Thank you Andrew!

Our hosts (Zoe and Andrew) organised a lunch for over 100 people and wow, was it good - Mexican themed, well presented and delicious. I would definitely go again.

The cottages are warm & cozy. Very inviting feeling. But camping services needs to be improved. One pays a high amount to spend a night in one's tent & they don't provide firewood to keep one warm. Campsite is small hence space is an issue if more than 2 families are camping

Unique accommodation in a peaceful, quite farm scenery. Friendly staff and great food! 30min to Lake Nakuru NP.
