Absolutely stunning mall! Made me feel like I was back in Tel Aviv haha. Beautiful architecture, an immense array of stores, colorful, lively, and bright. Lots of restaurant options, great clothing and electronic stores, and plenty of entertainment. Totally recommend this place for anyone and everyone.

It's my favorite mall in Nairobi. The interior lobby is spacious and elegant. The security has improved over the years. It has a well stocked Carrefour Supermarket inside. A wide selection of trendy stylish restaurants. I like it.

Went there for bowling. We waited for sometime but the place is amazing very spacious. The equipment are the best like when bowling everything just flows no stuck machines or something. 8.5/10.

Great Mall with many shops restaurants, supermarket & an entertainment center. The Mall is secure, has a large parking area, very spacious inside & was undergoing expansion when I visited.

The few times I have been there, the music has always been great. I went there for bowling, the place attracts different types of people, all vibrant. They are highly organised, with really good service. I had the chicken lollipop, and it was pretty bad. It was better to eat the lettuce that they were laid on. It's a fun place to go as a group, especially if you're going there for the games.

Best place to get local sim organised , get your haircut, if required (I did and super happy) , big grocery shop, places to pop in and have a lunch/dinner/drink, good choice of alkoholic drinks in the Whisky shop, can get souvenirs for good price, clean wash rooms, super accommodating staff members wherever you pop in. If you need any tips, feel free to ask.

Visited Meso, don't know why it's not on the map. Their sushi is decent, but I've not sampled enough to give a comprehensive review. Their service is very prompt, their steak and cocktails are amazing.

Excellent shopping experience. Westgate enjoys the luxury of having majority of Kenya's retail stores. The parking, security, food court, washroom and free WiFi was a plus. The prices in my opinion were competitive. I got there at 7:30 p.m. and was fortunate to visit only a couple of stores. The only suggestion is to extend the shopping hours. Most of the stores were closed at 8 p.m.

American black in Kenya for the first time March 2020, seem to be a nice mall, clean, friendly people, but no air conditioning except for the up stairs gym. I see others have taken photo of the mall, for some reason while taking photos together in the mall we were followed all around the mall by security until we was approached and they requested to see our phones.

After the unfortunate attack that happened here sometimes back sanity has been restored. Security has been improved a lot with sniffer dog's and security stops and searches at the entrance. I've been to Westgate several times, but never to the rooftop parking lot, which is so massive and well and safely built it can and do host events including an entire car show I recently attended, that rooftop is glorious space.

I swear the environment here is totally different once you get in. Hand Sanitizers at all stations yhe mall is clean and the crowd is diverse in all aspects. Shops are therefore a little more pricey but on the other hand there are some bijou shops and high quality food stores you can't find anywhere else, though there's also a value supermarket. I have been visiting Tamarind village consistently for the past 10 years and I loved it. However December 2020 was nothing short of awful. The service atrocious, the manager in charge was rigid and unreasonable. Housekeeping was a mess complete with dirty bed sheets. We had to order our meals via Henry the F&B manager otherwise they would not arrive. We were forced out of the pool by 7pm ( which has never happened before). It was generally an awful trip for me. I think I can say with conviction NEVER AGAIN. It's a BIG thumbs down for me.

I love the ample parking at the Mall. The Security detail is fine.. the Ambience and Serenity, not you any other type of mall. There's variety of what to do there, and the organisation is top notch.

Quite loud, security is wonderful and the food places were wonderful, service was decent and overall really good but it was really hard to find anything so we got quite lost maybe can I suggest some extra signs or maybe a mall map. The cinema was wonderful and I loved the way you guys decorated it for valentine's thank you definitely coming back. :}

I took my kid to the kids club and he really enjoyed the experience. They have a variety of games and it's very spacious.
