It shows the offices are open till 8 but when you call it says they close at 6 🤦🏾‍♀️

Staff was very professional and courteous. I arrived at 7:30pm to purchase a new IPhone 6 with my wife, she decide to get the 128GB model. When the staff realized they didn't have one in stock, they went to another location to pick it up for her. The store closed at 8pm but the staff stayed and made sure she got her new phone, Sim card, and M-Pesa account setup and working properly. They went the extra mile to help my wife transfer her data from the old phone, we were treated very very well.

Most humble persons. As recent In Kenya verifications are going right now. There is much que but did not wait for more than 20 mins really where service is fast as their networks.

Very busy in the evenings! Make sure you bring your original passport if your a tourist in case you need a new sim card! The staff in there will guide you and a very helpful! The network in Masai mara is incredible!
