I made my online order via mall for Africa on 18th May 2021. They have lovely customer care service who are ready to help. My shipping cost was quite high and they assisted me which helped reduce costs abit. Their shipping cost is quite high but their service is good and they have discount codes which reduce the total cost. Their communication is swift and on point. Upon arrival you get an alert that your products have arrived. My package arrived on 16th June( total of 29, less than a month!). They had communicated prior that due to covid,there may be some delays. I loved their services and will definitely order again!!! Thanks mall for Africa .

I would have given them 5 stars but their shipping and convinience fees is a bit too high for an average mwananchi but if you can afford then why not and also if you buy goods from one store and others from another store you still have to pay different shipping prices and convinience fees for both of the store which i quite find is very expensive so you'd rather buy goods from one store only if you can't buy from both Other than that they are amazing and the best customer service so far
