Joyce Gikera Had brought my teenage son, Penuel after his specs got broken. We were well received and served with a lot of professionalism. My son is very inquisitive about anything scientific. The attendant took her time to answer the unending questions. She even welcomed him to visit the Optica shop when he is not in school for more exposure. As a parent, I really appreciated this. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Overall the service was wonderful from the front table to the optician. Everybody was very helpful with what I wanted and the optician was very keen on my examining. He asked questions that really helped with the process and I am satisfied with my glasses. The prices are offordable and the help I got was really amazing.
