With Ksh.200 you get the chance to climb up the ladder to the top and get amazing views of Kitui and it’s environs. You also have the chance to test the myth😆, if you go round the stone 7 times you change gender. We tested it once and nothing happened haha! Going around the rock was fun and nothing difficult.

Good place to visit while in Kitui , excellent services but the lady at the reception should be taken for refresher course especially on customer etiquette. She is rude and care less to help customers. Also work on signages and directions, cctv also important for safety and if possible a guide / pocket leaflet to give history of the place.

Really thrilling and exciting to go up those Un-ending steel stairs to the top. Great place to visit and see an aerial view of kitui town and the expansive county at large. Only 15 minutes from kitui town. Entrance fee is only 200 bob pp and 1000 pp for camping per night, all amenities provided, you come with your own camping gear. They said they can allow you to camp at the top if you so wish. (Having camped on top of mount kenya & mount Ololokwe, this sounded very exciting to try) Great place good staff good grounds with restaurant and bar seperate and also has a kids play area. Hospitable staff. Kind and helpful Also note, no food and drinks from outside is allowed.

The Nzambani rock has unique experience of it's own that you'll never find in the rest of Kenya. Climbing the rock is such a daring experience that some people never reach the summit. While on top of the rock, one has to take extra precautions in order to avoid unnecessary risks. Those who visit the area, kindly make sure you interact with the local communities

A one hundred metres hike will take you to the staircase and it's a fairly easy climb, with nice views. Fairly priced at Shs 200 for adults and Shs 100 for below 18. Management needs to make proper repairs to maintain the structural integrity of the staircase and insulate the steel properly to keep the rust away.

Great view of Kitui from the top. The climb is quite steep at the beginning before you get to the staircase, so it’s a bit of a hike but manageable. There’s an access fee at the entrance.

Thrilling experience!!! The views were to die for but the amount of adrenaline running through the body going up is ridiculous. I would recommend it 💯💯 With the heat though, they should really think of adding a pool to the place.

A quick hike that gives you a bit of adrenaline rush. The view from the top is amazing. Takes you 20 - 30 minutes so you dont need to be a fitness guru to climb.

Pick nick site, if you are afraid of heights there is a restaurant where you can wait.

The heights and the wind on the ladder as you watch other climbers retreat makes it a great place. The gender change upon rounding it seven times is but a myth
