A perfectly clean and satisfactory experience. Great prices, very clean and orderly. Staff provided helpful assistance with a great deal of professionalism. We visited on a road trip and did not expect to find such a nice stop over point along the way.

Well organized and looks good from the outside But, Very bad coffee, Stale food, not fresh. The break crumb chicken was also cooked just on outside and quite raw And buble gum chewing like on inside ..it was also oversalted. The Pilau has more cinamon sticks than meat, you could even confuse the brownish cinamon sticks for meat. Bad food.

Good stopover and a refreshing place. One can stopover while on a journey and do shopping in transit and take a cup of coffee. The washrooms are just awesome.

The location is very favourable for motorist along the Nairobi-Nakuru highway. Ample parking space is available there are several cafes and food outlets on site and the whole place is a popular hangout with locals and stop over for travellers.

Its a good supermarket, but when ypu join the queueon the till - it starts very frustrated. Because you end up waiting for 15 minutes. When people pay with there phone, there are not prepared, there starting to search, to check and after long time there start to typing on there mobile phones. 😕😕 before there finally pay, there check again. All that takes around 8 minutes and then its done. Very frustrating to wait on the till in those supermarket.

This particular Naivas Supermarket is set just off the highway and is easier to access, it has everything you expect to get in a Naivas Supermarket, with the same prices, a sitting area in case you want to take a break from your journey as you take a bite, there's ample parking space which is free, there are other outlets in the same location including a pharmacy, coffee shop, etc.

I love the 🚻 very clean. They charge a fee but its worth it. Ambience of the supermkt. makes one to forget you are picking items on budget.

Well, they call it Naivas kubwa and certainly it's big and have just about what would need when shopping in a supermarket. It did not seem populated as such despite being in a very busy street, which makes hard if you are looking for a parking slot. It would do well for them to have a eating area as they are selling food, so one has to take the food as a take away.

Though the toilet is charged at 20 shilings by LOO4U. Otherwise the place is very nice
