Fiona operates a fantastic establishment. Lovely place to stay. Very comfortable and luxurious International standard. A wide, exquisite assortment to choose from at the breakfast buffet (thank you Sylvia and the rest of the crew; and Martha had a very good hand with children). Great view and a walking distance to both Victoria Mall and Lake Victoria. Joan welcomed us warmly and professionally, and Benjamin sent us off in the same manner.

The restaurant is so good with enough space, we were welcomed and served by Sylvia. She's so adorable with a beautiful smile and good customer service. The way she attended to us was really nice. I look forward to coming back and to be served by her. A happy wonderful soul.

Breakfast was excellent and delicious , the hygiene is really is at the highest peak and here comes the loving, welcoming, friendly servers. They are caring and it made me feel at home i enjoyed my time and it was worth it. Having the breathtakingly rooftop with the swimming pool on the top of the hotel really made my stay . Thank you Martha for hosting us . It was a blast enjoyment. What a great place to be !

What a team! The staff are top notch, there is a true smile everywhere. The rooftop is amazing. Great Breakfast, chef Panda made it a point to come and check on our satisfaction. It's unbelievable that that hostess, Bridget is just a trainee. Her smile, greetings and well-wishing was consuming. Bridget you are a star already just keep owning it. Definitely recommend it 👌

Loved the food, the different cuisine and customer care service is top notch! Smart and organized staff. Silvia and Ronald always quick to respond to any inquiries made. Reception staff please keep the smile and warm welcome makes us feel at home.

Hotel is nice and rooms are clean. Staff is very friendly. Had dinner at the rooftop restaurant during their Saturday Steak Night. The food was delicious and service was great. Sylvia was my server and she was awesome. Very attentive and friendly.

A pretty hotel with enthusiastic staff specifically Kemigisha who really gave us a warm welcome with that beautiful smile it really felt at home. The menu in the rooftop restaurant was innovative and very good with different varieties of dishes. The upstairs, outdoor swimming pool was a very nice addition. Beautiful, comfortable, well designed hotel/rooms. A very good place to stay in Entebbe.

The food at the hotel was amazing. The restraunt is on the top floor with beautiful views. They had a live performance the night we stayed and it was very special. The breakfast was so good! And once again we got a view of the lake. Our server Martha was so attentive kind and welcoming like all of the staff at the hotel. I would highly recommend staying!

I loved the rooms, spacious enough. The restaurant is great and anything you would like to eat for breakfast is served..I liked different type of nuts available. There is a lift that helps you reach different floors and still about the rooms, there is a mini shop for snacks and drinks and you can make your own coffee so this is a lovely thing to tell of how good K Hotel is. Though If you are some one who loves silence, it may not be idea for you because of the road traffic of speeding cars and honking taxis throught the night.

Great swimming pool overlooking the Entebbe city. There is great service at the restaurant on the top floor and there was even a high quality salon for my wife and they did her hair really well. The staff are very helpful. It is a great weekend get away for me and my family. Amazing food too and it is at great prices. I highly recommend

It was my first time at K Hotels Entebbe. I really loved and enjoyed the Cultural dances and the food was amazing. The food was the best in all Our waitress was Ms Sharon. She was great 👍

Samuel, our pick-up and drop-off driver, was very kind and helpful and immediately made us feel welcome. Kenneth gave excellent service and answers to all our questions. Joan and Josephine, our waitresses, made sure we were well looked after during our dinners.

Being at K Hotel is a very wonderful moment. I can't really tell it all but it was really an amazing day. Kudos to the staff and management particularly Jane who was there to facilitate us. We don't regret our stay at K Hotel. A service you can trust!!!

Beautiful rooftop restaurant and bar overlooking Lake Victoria serving all kinds of good dishes. The Indian food was excellent and the staff was helpful and attentive. The room was also really clean and modernized with a nice bathroom. And less than 15 minutes from the airport and so really convenient.

We enjoyed our night, the place was cool, the food was delicious and the service was on point, it was to our expectations. thnx for every thing and a special thanks to miss Winnie she's so welcoming she made us feel at home! Thank you

Morning buffet is fantastic, with lots of local dishes. The rooftop patio has a great view of Lake Victoria and wonderful food and beverage options. Security is ample, with police presence on site and a robust perimeter fence.

Checking out the swimming pool with my brother and finding the a private pool here at the rooftop, clean and transparent. The staff is welcoming but special thanks to Dorothy for that hospitality and humour! The rates are amazing too!!!!

The hotel and their service are exceptional. We got the room with lake view and we just loved it. They also got 24h room service and the food from that menu was very good. The service is also really good. They always make sure that everything is alright. Included was also a 15 minute foot massage which was really relaxing.

We loved everything about this hotel,the rooms were clean,beds were extremely comfortable,food was great but the most importantly,staffs were amazing.Specifically Hamza!! from the front desk,he was always everywhere making sure everyone is comfortable,had what they needed and were happy,he had such a passion for his job that is translated to pure excellence in his job!! Well done K Hotels for employing such a remarkable staff member.Loved our two night stay here and would definitely return if in the area.Highly recommend it.

The room was wonderful, nice view AC, Harriet and Sylvia were at the breakfast tables at 7 am. The best breakfast buffet I have experienced just about anywhere I have been. I travel a lot, so I do not say this lightly. Fresh juices and food, creative, healthy, tasty. I had not expected to find such a jewel here in Uganda 🇺🇬. This is by far the best meal I have had during my trip that passes through Miami and Dubai. Loved it.

Very good hotel in Entebbe. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet is very good. The rooftop bar and restaurant offer not only great food/drinks and service but also great views. I'll happily go back.

I spent two days here on business and i must say that everything was excellent.The location of the Hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centres. AS for the room is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Hotel to others having a business trip

The place has a good ambiance. The customer care was so satisfying right from the entrance, then the waitress (Harriet) did an amazing job to make us enjoy our time. The mongolian dish was so delicious!!!!

Thanks to the staff for continuous improvement. 5 Star management 3 star personel in bar and restaurant, remarks known by manager. Rooms can use better chairs on the balcony.

Spent 3 nights at the end of our holiday. Good place to relax and get everything ready for our trip home. Staff were very friendly and helpful with arranging taxi's, menu ingredients, and communicating/translation difficulties.

Amazing service from start to finish. Came to the hotel after 6 days of safari and gorilla tracking and felt amazing coming to this hotel. The room was so clean, big, light and fresh. The rooftop bar has amazing views and Winnie took care of from tye moment we set foot. The food was amazing (probably the best Indian food I have ever had). Thank you

Wonderful Hotel with an excellent Rooftop Restaurant, swimming pool, steam and sauna all at the Rooftop with a beautiful view of the lake. Five Stars all the way! The dinner was awesome and Amazing! All the staff like Martha ,Jane , Sylvia and the whole team of the Hotel were excellent, the location is great, I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Stayed at the hotel twice over the past week and on both occasions it's been good. Facilities are good, staff are friendly and helpful (particularly Modesta and Winnie). If your room faces the main room it can be noisy, but those facing the lake and other side are quiet

The Service is essentially very exquisite. A young lady, Winnie a waitress infact was very polite, made sure we were taken care of the whole time we were there. She is a very commendable lady. Very good. Overall this place is top.
