Noisy and Risky Stay Positives:. Location (easy to get there). Design and decorations. Helpful restaurant Moroccan staff. Areas of Improvement: Location (very difficult to find car parking). Poorly explained room, stay amenities. Noisy odors and wood smell (risk for asthma exacerbation). Limited amenities and services of Poor response from Front Disc to discuss problems of the stay. Kitchen is empty and doesn’t work. Very limited car parking (you should park far from your stay and risk of road accidents. Internet WiFi connection doesn’t work and mobile internet connection also out of coverage area NOT working. Ver expensive in comparison to the risk and poor services. Limited items & time for breakfast. Limited TV channels & most of them is above 18.

I'm traveling to najran

The restaurant is very bad. The food is cold not fresh. The worker is not helpful (Ronee). He has to change his behavior because of his place which pays for him.

Very nice hotel, reception and lobby so clean and comfy. Entry safe, with staff for temp check and tawakalna. The reception staff is hospitable. The room is very clean, large, comfortable, the beds are awesome, the Sala and sofas are a nice place to be. Super recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Najran.
