It's really nice place

When I visited in May there was very good customer care service that kept me coming and bringing more clients to Norena the girl at the reception was soo good and very professional with her spects she would convince you and Make you so comfortable God bless you Pauline when I came back i in November i was disappointed with customer care with the girls i found, Norena had become my home but now as I speak i have second thoughts please train your girls who are there currently train your girls customer care is very important anyone with Pauline 's number am ready to give her a job opportunity she was excellent at her job and she loved it and she knew how to respond to clients you would that place fufiled at contented

The Hotel is 400m away from the main road, If you don't have clear direction and new to the place, it's hard to loocate

The Hotel is located in a very quiet place, which gives you a very good opportunity to rest as you enjoy the green gardens.

Place lacks food menu print... No drinks available apart from soft drinks. Nothing like continental foods.... I believe this is taken in good faith as world over clients' feedback is known as key in aiding businesses prosper. But....

It's liveable but very hot and no fans in the rooms and TV. Unless that is done, it's a nice place with a good view and compound

Quiet & secure place with wonderful and helpful staff. No standby power source and yet power goes often. Breakfast could've been better.

Best in Nakasongola but still being developed. Very friendly. No hot water in the shower and pressure low. Food was fine. They had to send out for the cold beer.

Quite and peaceful place with an ala carte menu. However no beverages, entertainment units in the rooms need improvement and paint on the walls peeling off. Place is clean though it was expensive for B&B
