Bajaj Electronics is located in Paradise circle in Secunderabad. It is one of the main branch and the biggest of all. They have different electronic sections. I was shocked to see so much crowd inside with all the staff members busy. It is one of the busiest branch. The Barbeque Nation is right above this store.

I purchased a LG refrigerator from Bajaj Electonics Paradise Secunderabad branch, they sent the item after 4 days and it happens to be a display piece. They didn’t bother to even remove the display price tag from it. Mom responsive and irresponsible team.

I bought a laptop yesterday from here. Actually I buy all electronic products from as it is near to where I live. The employees are good but then again not all of them. While purchasing the laptop the person who showed me the laptop was helpful, but then he also charges an extra 500Rs as well. That is his side income maybe.. he told me that he would give me an extra upgrade for Microsoft excel and a year of Mcafee antivirus if I pay him and extra 500.. which I did.. but then later on I realised that it is something that Windows is providing and not him. My honest advice.. if you go here to purchase a laptop and you meet "Aslam" please do not pay him any money as this is cheating and nothing else. Also he will tell you to get a 16gb of drive for update of you software. That can be done from the recovery option in settings. So please be aware of him.. rest others are really nice. Good place to buy electronics...

Not giving correct responses after purchasing I have buyed Geyser and after 3 days also not instillation has done and after calling they have not given any proper reasons and just they say wait we we’ll forward your complaint.

Their employees lie about the ICICI credit card cashback scheme and also force sell you warranty. I didn't get any cashback scheme Even after paying my all EMI installment in time..

Worst service I have ever seen No proper response from the service manager not their team member....everyone plays a blame game over each other and at the end they just make fool of their customers.... Initially they promise to serve u their best as per ur convenience but at the end they don't stand over their own words....Am very disappointed with the kind of service they have provided...

Worst service Rude staff behaviour They dont even provide wifi to setup a phone even purchased there. Billing also take lot of time.

Very bad experience they said 1st full servicing for cooler is free now they are denying the service and demanding to pay for the service. Don’t believe Bajaj they are cheating customers.

I wish I could give a negative rating here but I don't find an option to do it. I came to purchase an Air Purifier and they were forcing me to buy Dyson brand. When I wanted something for a lower budget they were lying that they didn't have stock available, whereas they had earlier told me that Philips brand available. Cheap tricks are being performed in order to sell high MRP products. Request the briefing team to teach better skills to executives. I don't recommend anyone to go here

Recently I have purchased redmi note 13pto Plus mobile.....with in 24hours I got problem with power button issue it not working at all automatic switch off and off.....I asked the store person he rudely telling me to visit service centre......there words that thay can't do anything ............... after taking to them I realised that trusting them purchasing from there Bajaj electronics is our mistake.....plz don't buy anything from this store....thay are not doing business, thay are cheating the people

This store is not for making business. Very bad experience with the staff . The staff here are not to promote the products . they only chit chatting with one and other. Not promoting any kind of business. Totally disappointed . I thought I would get Good information about about new mobiles....

I am very habituated to visit Bajaj for buying electrical things but a iPhone sales man named Jithin was talking rubbish and his behaviour was rude. Hope this won't continue further when I visit next time.
