    Showroom is Good... But service in totally bad experience.. they don't know anything. They just replacing the vehicle part that's it.. if it's ₹50 work.. they will do unnecessary work they charge more then ₹500.. if any thing is broken. Then you should bring your all credit and debit cards....

    The very worst service Is being provided 😤 feed up with this showroom and it's service centre,they just act like they have done the good service , they create one or another problem with the bike and give back, no proper response , only word they say is the same prblm won't occur again and they repat the same again and but there is no proper service to vehicle , very very worst experience i am facing and they charge money for every time we go fir problem they created with vehicle, weather they won't do proper fitting of sensors or simply making adjustments, don't we clear the problem but take the bill for consumables charges etc , seriously due to getting serviced in this showroom my bike is facing one or another problem after every service ,feed up with this 😒 ,they don't even know where how actually the problem is..., They just keep a Bluetooth device and say that this etc etc etc problem but there won't be any such kind of problem they say it will different one , just get cleared with these problems

    Here there are in experienced workers whose work wouldn't be noticable once u get the bike after service ( it feels like no service is done ) but they do it ... But some are good.. and poor oil they put is waste of money ..( royal Enfield oil ). Choose oils like Motul over this

    Very worst experience with authorised service delar. There is no mechanical expertise service people in this service center. Performing worst service and recently I have visited more than 10 times to fix my bike rear wheel vibration and starter problem within two months. These people directly insist to replace part without seeking problem in bike. Recently I paid approximately 10k for new bike still problem has not fixed.

    After sales service is too bad, during out of four free first two services are without water service. They commonly says water servicemen is off duty. Today is fourt service for my classic 350 here. They sent me message at 1330 hrs as bike is ready for delivery. When i attended its still in service point. Its already 1600 its water service is yet to be started. Since 1 hour water servicemen saying syntex is empty and he switched on the motor to fill syntex. I dont know whether they are in mood to deliver today or not. Pathetic after sales service. This is pure my third bad experience out four times i attended here.

    I had a very bad experience with this service center. I gave my Himalayan for changing brake pads to loosening of front fork, they didn't gave me any bill just asked to me to pay ₹1180, i refused and asked for bill and manager said no network and kept me waited for 1hr and gave me bill for ₹580. Manager and service executives are the worst they don't know anything, but there is one tall mechanic he is pretty good with repairing bike. Only for this work sake I'm giving 2*.

    No test vehicle, no proper customer support if you ask quotation of 2 bike they only give one🤐 Service is okok. update: Without booking they wont give any bike for testing. If you want to know the bike suites you are not, one need to book that bike. Not very friendly support from team. Interm of customer experience Jawa showroom is way beter taht this.

    Worst experience with Bagalkot motors. 1.Bad service experience (got scratches on tank during service). 2.visited service centre 4 to 5 times for repair only. 3.No in time service. 4.slow response for customer complaints.
