Peaceful temple on the banks where river Krishna and Musi meet. There is a story behind Shiva linga here. Water coming from the top of Shiva linga is served as theertham. River flow is more in recent times. Parking and approach roads are good. Expect lot of devotees during public holidays and festivals.

Good Devine experience, This is an ancient Siva Temple with a huge Siva Lingam of 6000 years old. The Lingam was installed by sage Agasthya. Siva and Maa Parvathi are worshipped here as Agastheeshwara and Meenakshi. The Temple was built in 12 th century by Kakatiya rulers.

The lingam is also outstanding. This temple is near by sangamam (Musi river and Krishna River). Evening opening time is 4pm. Parking is wide and chargeable (15rs for car) More number of benches are available inside the temple and laddu prasadam will bw given here.

It is very ancient temple. It is krishna and muchukunda rever sangam ghat is there. Agasya muni established 6k years ago. One story on this temple one kirataka came here for bird hunting. But it is escaped and came to siva ling and pray the God. God blessed bird. But kirata said it is mine. Ok i will understand you can take meat from my body. Then kirataka taken the meat. Now we can sea the 10 Fingers of kirataka. Ganga came there to cute siva. If you can take water it will fill automatically but it is not came out from siva ling. Adi shankaracharya test with uddarine tied with tread but it is going on how much the length of hole we don't know and tread contain blood and flesh also.

Temple is good but the maintenance of the river is worst. No one there to take care. dead fish every where, too much odor. Very disappointing. Pooja's also became very formal. Just took 15 mins and faast.

A pleasant experience on the bathing ghat. Calm waters and you can perform rituals for elders and also head to the Sangamam of the two rivers.
