We
were
visiting
Hyderabad
after
a
long
time,
and
were
in
fact,
staying
at
another
Taj
property
across
the
street
from
Taj
Deccan.
However,
my
wife
suggested
this
restaurant
and
we
walked
across
-
to
a
truly
memorable
dinner.
The
ambiance
was
warm,
welcoming
and
uncluttered.
Venu’s
recommendation
of
local
dishes
-
spicy
excellent
prawn
(mirpakaya
royyalu)
starter
,
and
a
superb
Gonghura
mamsam
(mutton
biryani)
-
with
raita.
Masala
chaas
and
a
ginger
lemonade
went
right
along
with
the
spicy
meal.
We
were
bowled
over
by
the
full
bold
flavours
of
the
dishes,
and
equally
so
by
the
warm
hospitality
and
service
of
senior
Venu
and
young
Sailesh.
Really
worth
a
visit
for
high
quality,
classic
Andhra
fare
and
experience!
