First thing They have increased a price like anything and service is definitely not worth the money as all the good professionals has left the hair speak. If you are thinking of buying a membership please do think twice as I have a very bad experience, during purchase time, they said 6months membership if you want to extend we do extend the membership duration but during the end of my membership when I asked for a month extension as I was out of town and around 5k wallet was left out, very easily they said management has been changed and we can’t extend membership duration and your money will expire. Highly disappointed and will never go back to hair speak.

I had visited and it was my first experience at this salon. I had got my hair cut and smoothened. My hair stylist was Ravi and he had done a phenomenal job. He had a lot of patience making sure it was done to perfection. He also made sure that he gave me the right look. The staffs were very polite and I would definitely recommend this salon to my family and friends. Looking forward to visit y’all again.😊

Realizing potential delays, I declined their offer. They called back within minutes, suggesting they could fit me in within the next 10 minutes. I promptly reached the salon and waited for over half an hour without any indication of receiving the service I came for. By 5:20 pm, it was clear that my time was being wasted, and I left without any service. What troubles me most is their inconsistent behavior. Offering quick service after my initial decline, only to keep me waiting, reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for clients' time. It's frustrating to be enticed back to the salon with false promises, only to be left waiting indefinitely. This experience has left me questioning the reliability of Hair Speak Salon JP Nagar. While they may attract customers with appealing promises, their inability to keep appointments and adhere to schedules is disappointing. I cannot recommend this salon to those who value their time and expect prompt service. Their approach lacks the necessary commitment to customer satisfaction and punctuality. In conclusion, my visit to Hair Speak Salon JP Nagar was a letdown, underscoring their disregard for timely service and customer appreciation. Not at all happy with service they will give a voucher if we show the voucher at the time of billing they will manuplate the bill by increasing price. not all value for money please don't visit this saloon that voucher is simply to attract the customers no use of it.

I am not happy with my haircut. I wanted long layers as I have long hairs, but she was hesitant to do it so. She just wanted to do straight haircut. Then I asked her to do atleast a decent U cut.. but she was again hesitant to do so. My hairs just look very bland..only straight haircut. Atleast it's not ruined. But she is very polite. She suggested me to do deep conditioning of my hair.

There is zero focus on customer service. They are only focused on upselling, selling their packages. I came 15 hours after their package for which I paid 12k and they are unwilling to be flexible and extend it by a day. Horrible focus on customer delight.
